Issue: Laptop battery not charging.First I went to another service center, they straight away suggested to replace the battery. I replaced, but still same problem.Now I came to Global Technologies, they identified the issue. Its a chip level issue and fixed it and my laptop is working properly.Regarding charges they gave bill of Rs1200 and it worth for that.

I dont recommend this place at all. They charged me 1200 for just removing my hard disk and updating firmware/BIOS. Which by the way I rolled back to most optimised version as that was recommended by the manufacturer.Such extortion!!!

Problem- hard disk is not detected and cant be recovered. I opted for 500gb hard disk and other small wiring repairs they charged 2850+900. My opinion is they are little bit overpricing.
