Went multiple times for RAM issue. SC is working on Saturday whereas technician will not be available. Most fun thing is that they cant collect an item unless there is a technician. They can just collect it and let us know when technician checks it.

Very pathetic service staff. I had to RMA my RTX 2070 super FE. He doesnt even know such card exists while RPtech is natinal dealer of FE cards.He is asking brand of card while its not from AIBs like MSI or Asus but directly from NVIDIA.With this service very hard to buy FEs in Vijayawada. Rp tech unprofessional staff.
