Previously hospitality and food was very good. Today difficult to get room service and for everything need to beg from receptionist. In menu card they mentioned that some items available up to 11.30 pm...some for round the clock. Now without prior intimation, saying kitchen will be closed at 10.30 pm..no food. Horrible. After informing the receptionist that I am going to check out immediately, now they are making some food for me. Once upon a time, very nice place to stay... Now it a nightmare. Sorry to write about the so called best hotel...

Coordination between departments is pathetic...i asked for a coffee they served tea....DV manor was a good hotel once... But not any more !! I have visited seeing the reviews of Biryani. Both the Tikka and dum were horrible. Road side outlets seems to better on the taste part.

The hotel is at a very good location. The good was good. Loved the palak roti, corn cashew curry and ulvacharu biryani. There is no complaint with the food. The valet parking facility is very good as well.But the service provided at reception and at good area was real poor. Starting with when we entered we had difficulty finding out the place to eat. The staff did not guide well. We travelled some 400 km to vijaywaada and spent 15 mins finding the place to eat after entering the premises of dv manor. Not fair. Then we ordered food very promptly at 2pm. The food was served after an hour. Then the waiters wont attend us promptly. We had to call them multiple times and wait for them to find where they are so that we make requests. Though we enjoyed the food but experience there was not hospitable.

Its very neat and clean hotel. We got promoted service from reception for checking. Over all quality food.

We ordered food and it still hasn’t come we ordered a small meal at 7:30 and now it’s 9:10 and the food still didn’t come this was first time DC manor took this much time.

Food had great variety, flavours, deserts were the highlights. prepares the desserts, keep up the great work.One must experience the food ad stay at this place to know why they have ‘quality’ adjective with the name.Each morning during my stay I was also greeted by Mr. Rajesh Berry at the dining area, so down to earth. Nowhere else have I seen a GM serving water and breads to the guest. I loved your hospitality. Thanks!

Food tastes very bad. And they prepared food making us to wait for more than an hour. Very Expensive menu but still food tastes very bad. Basic Spicy food lovers dont even think of eating here. Whatever dish you order it tastes sweet and not spicy at all. Tomato soup also not available besides being a star hotel. We asked server to provide lemon and onion along with biryani and no response from him.Also not much varieties in the menu. My Birthday treat went bad because of the experience with this hotel.

One place in Vijayawada that has not lost its quality over the years. The Name is really deserving.. Consistency of food Tase always surprised me. Should try Mutton Keema Biryani and Chicken Tikka Biryani. The Hotel rooms upkeep is also very good

Maintenance is good. Staff are polite. Rooms are spacious. Price is little bit expensive. Restaurant also available with plenty of food options in both vegetarian and non vegetarian categories. Taste is good. Interior have great looks. Huge parking space available.

Visited aroma restaurant. The price is never worth the taste. You literally cant tell the difference between different biryanis apart from the piece. Except to brag about eating in a star hotel, I would never recommend this place for a dine in.

Rooms were clean, food was good.Owing to pandemic and shortage of staff, room service was slow, had ordered banana split which took almost an hour.

I took the parcel of biryanis and veg fried rice At first about the food it is truly delicious, about the parcel they make the parcel like a four-wheel trally food of the road side this is even better,there is no spoons no lemons no onions no forks and bag is a cloth bag not even a label on it and I asked about the spoons they answered that they are not able to provide the spoons because the spoons and plates and forks is not available this is soooooo annoying how can we visit again if the maintenance is like this the maintenance is very very very poor and the bill amount is 1622 rs

Very Good Hotel. Ask for rooms on top floor facing the main road. (View is better). They have this policy of asking for an advance upon checkin (Bit annoying but it may be necessary because of previous experiences of guests leaving without paying.)The breakfast is AMAZING. In fact I am givig 4 stars just beacuse of the breakfast. Rooms are OK. All in all, this hotel is betten than Taj gateway which is just down the road (Had stayed at Taj Gatweay earlier but now I prefer this hotel just because the breakfast is excellent).---------------------------------------EDIT - Janaury 2020I stayed here for two days in January 2020.Service was good and Breakfast was excellent as expected from them....but there was one more addition to the experience and I am convinced that I should always stay at this hotel even if Taj Gateway is offering me a free stay through MMT Black.There is an elderly gentleman (I was told that he is the GM & VP) who was at the breakfast. He personally made sure that everyone was well looked after and made small talk with almost everyone to ensure they were comfortable and expressed what they wanted.If anyone wants to learn a thing or two about hospatilaty, I suggest they see this man in action at the ground floor restaurant at breakfast. He can give leading hospatility providers a run for their money....really, If you are from Vistara, Taj, Hyatt, Oberoi etc; stay at this place for a day or two and observe this gentleman....this is the best lesson you can take about providing outstandig service.

This is my 3rd visit & everytime they don’t fail to impress me. This time I was upgrade to a suite. It was an extraordinary experience & the ambiance was top class. The best thing is that The service is top notch of all the staff & they go out of their way to assist you. You have won me for life. The food, the stay & the ambiance& the service makes this the only city for me in this city

Though the place is decent, isnt it time they change the decor and bring in more brightness to the interiors?

Can do better in cleanliness and they must change carpets and replace bulbs with LED. The lobbies are too dark and giving old look, feels suffocating!!

Hotel was absolutely great and service was good, only thing where DV Manor has showed carelessness was with their SITI cable recharge, they need to understand that they charge a whooping amount from customers, so its their responsibility to check everything before handing over the key to the customer.

Hotel is very clean. Internal decor is very beautiful. Staff is very polite and responsive. Seminar hall is having all the necessary facilities. Air-conditioning is functional with temperature setting being very comfortable. Food variety and quality is high and all items are tasty. Hotel provides ample parking for its staff and customers. Lift functioning is swift and smooth. Overall it is very pleasant to be in hotel for the seminar event.
