Place is good, very good environment. We have booked suit room through OYO for 2 days at very low rate 2750. Got huge discount unexpected discount. Happy with oyo. But coming to food at resort cost is high, opt for Biriyani only if you want to eat as soon as order receive. used dalda instead of ghee taste is bad. remaining all is good .

Haailand resort is full packet of best things. Super awesome hotel, Great food and room was so comfortable. Highly recommended

Overall resort maintenance is good even after 9years. THey celebrated 9th anniversary on the day we checked in.. as the distance from rooms to kitchen is far, room service delay is too much. Even extreme heat can be a cause too... OVERALL IT WAS A PLEASANT STAY. My feet were cut due to sharp mosaic tiles that have been detached left in the pool. They are very sharp and surpringly hundreds of small tile pieces left in the pool.

Good overall. Combination of resort and water theme park is the special attraction.. good food also available nearby.. i certainly prefer 2Nights minimum trip for all friends and also for their families.

The investors have really out in lots of thought, time & money to build this place, very nicely done.Positives:1. Nice place, away from city, silent and clean environment.2. Food is good, reasonably pricedNegatives:1. Maintenance could have been better, the buildings, rooms and bathrooms wear that worn out look. 2. Furniture - highly stained, no one will dare to sit on it without putting a towel to cover the seat and back rest. Very very badly stained.

It was all good stay but just the location was not so convenient as it is about at a distance of more than 15 km from the bus stand. Despite that, the stay was comfortable and fine and the staff was cordial and services provided by them were quite accurate and quick too. Food was delicious and specially the complimentary breakfast. They had given the morning free breakfast on next day.

Hotel is good and experience was also fine over there. Its an value for money hotel. Service and all are also good. I had my food also and I liked that. Hotel is nicely located and easy to access. Nice amenities are present there. Hotel is very clean.

Booked two rooms in resort for a short family stay. This resort is having very beautiful locations and view. Swimming pool is just opposite to room. Front desk reception area air condition not working. Very hot in summer.Room intercom phone not working in one room and dish tv was not working in both rooms. Basic Toiletries including towels are available. No hand towels and facial tissue box in room. Restaurant is very clean. soup taste was good but biryani taste was average. Morning buffet spread is mostly south indian with many varities.

I stayed with my family for a day, the delux room was quite spacious and provided with toiletries. Really liked the food at Williams Cafe. The water park was average and maintenance was not upto the mark.

Guntur gaailand resort is very good place for holiday vacation, hotel room is very good and comfort but in night time little bit inconvenience caused due to mosquitoes! And restaurant William cafe food is very bad and expensive! Resort is good for water games enjoyed alot!

An extraordinary resort with full facilities.It is a wonderful experience, I am sure couples,business persons,employees,students,kids every one can enjoy every moment in this resort,The spa facility is an additional beauty for this resort,Never skip evening mirchi bajji and onion pakoda in this resort.I have spent here with my friends.Suggestion from my end is Pack your luggage when ever the room is available and enjoy the life.

For families it was just perfect...this resort was superbly maintained but far from the railway station, but manageable so not a big deal...complimentary breakfast was good in taste...its a good resort for enjoyment purpose...so families, friends and couples are more suitable...
