Service is fast if spares readily available. I gave my phone for display changing. In 90 minutes my phone repaired with 3 months warranty

Worst experience i had from this service center .i gave my samsung galaxy a750 for dispaly,back cover and side keys.they said 4 to 5 days but 15 days over still they didnt deliver.i am tried to rech them but they are not answering.its worst service center i never saw.i am not going to purchase samsung mobiles any more.

Not satisfied, You know how Hot climate in vijayawada, there is no sufficient air, some fans not working, another fan is making very nice, here AC is a showcase item, staff should improve pleasing pleasing hospitality.You have to make internal audit, how many mobile are servicing, how much time it takes to deliver costumer, a benchmark/ template formula should be imlimented to in time delivery.

Customer support team doesnt have complete knowledge on products and its warranty related details. Customer has to prove them on the warranty details by calling some other support center. Too bad part the executives there.Very bad experience we had in this service centre.

Only good thing is that they are very well organised with token system. Below are problems I faced in service:1. They always take more time for a repair than what they say. They told it will take 20 mins for software reset and it took 40 to complete.2. They replaced motherboard but they didnt put the back panel correctly.3. It took 20+ minutes to keep screen guard on phone and there is a bubble that reminds me that it is not done correctly and I didnt not check it properly.4. I tried 20 minutes to reach to their phone number. No one picked up phone even if it is ringing for 20 mins.5. Always I had to follow up to get the status.6. Lift in that building doesnt work to 1st floor. It seems they dont care for people who has difficulty in taking steps.Inspite of above problems, I gave two because they are organised and people I spoke to are polite.

My uncle bought SAMSUNG M10 few days back its not working he went to service centre they checked it n told software and board complaint so they asked uncle to submit all accessories along with phone.SIM ejection pin missed in that box. They not excused for that asked him to buy new one and give them..He roamed some shops and finally got it and submitted to them... How dramatic and worst thing it was 🥶
Too much crowded, security guard and token issuing person are not able to manage. Most of the cases can be solved by answering queries or providing spare parts by some one or two dedicated counters. Even for small information you need to wait for hours together. No Team Lead or Manager appeared on the floor.

Service was good.Over crowded. They take all the precautions necessary for covid. They have temperature check in the entrance. There maintaining distance between chairs too. Because of cowd you will have to wait. Other than that everything is great.

Its a very useless and bitter experience with Service Center (both Call Center & Service Engineer) as theyre not responding properly and theyre demanding unreasonably Prices for small small technical issues and minor problems of T.V.s. They overall attitude is unfair and they just want to loot money from customers, with those prices we purchase a new television instead of going for small and minor repairs
