Vijayawada Bharati Nagar.I have been to the show room to see Altroz as is in vehicle and simultaneously looking other options likes Kia sonet, Hyundai venue.But the way Jasper executive Gouse responded is impressed and given the complete information about vehicle and arranged for test driving which is not happened with other automobile segment with their busy schedule or lack of interest.. We have visited yesterday to take a look at Nexon. The sales person is disinterested to explain us about the car. This is not the way you treat customers. He didn’t even mention about any features of the car. When I explicitly asked him if I can see the car, then he took us to the car, again no explanation, nothing. When I enquired about test drive, he said test drive car is at different location and he didn’t know when it would be available. When I asked if he can contact me once it’s available, he asked me if I can remind him in case he forgets. I was shocked to see this beheviour.

Worst sales operations. Travelled almost 25 kms to visit the showroom only to get a brochure on my whatsapp. Sales guy said few features and said to refer brochure. They doesnt know how to guide the customer and they are least bothered to know what features you are looking for, in a car. Seems like they are there to let you know about rates and tell the features which they learn by heart. I heard TATA after sales service is not so great but still wanted to buy a tata product. But after seeing the pre sales experience i do not even want to consider this brand. Now I want to go with Hyundai or Honda.

I bought a car in Feb-2021. Very poor delivery service. No delivery ceremony and no minimum decoration to the new car(at least ribbons expected). Tata now producing best and safe cars in all segments but not finding good dealers is very unfortunate for them.And not satisfied with the first service. Very bad cleaning. Only 1 star for that.

We visited as we wanted to go for a trial run of Necson . I find people working there are good and courteous.Thank you Tata. By the way I like the great Ratan da so much.

We wanted to look at Nexon. We visited, no one responded. We asked for some executive, no one responded. We asked them to call when they are free, no one called. We spoke to an ex customer he gave a very bad review on your service. And i agree with him now.

I own nexon diesel manual, due to software issue, malfunction icons were displaying in instrument cluster and there was a problem with acceleration too.Immediately I called emergency services and they towed the car to Jasper Tata Motors and the concerned person Mr. Manohar attended my car. I highly recommend him, he took the job very responsibly and always updated me about the car. I came to know through him that it’s a minor software update and it has been updated.I highly appreciate the service from Jasper Tata Motors for timely and meticulous work done by them. They even washed my car and cleaned the interior out of their good will. I am a happy Tata Customer.

Easy to locate showroom. Very near to Ramavarappadu ring road. All types of Tata passenger vehicles are under one roof. Very good and polite staff and customer representatives. Very good explanation and handful of experience in explaining the vehicle details to the core. All Covid 19 protocols and protection procedures are in place.

Disconnecting aspirations by Tata motors. I have given for 2nd Services also Insurance claim they Done a great job to my Tata zest XT they kept my car for 12 day and Tata motors gifted me in this way. All about the new and best cars right now. Harrier and safari are best now. In mid range SUV nexon is in top of all cars having Indias only 5* rating car.

I was here for regular service. Manohar was my service advisor and I highly recommend him. The service staff not only fixed minor issues that I specifically called out, but also worked on a couple of other things that I failed to mention to them. The car was immaculately clean and was delivered in pristine condition. Id say the experience has significantly changed for better compared to my last visit to this TATA service center two years ago.

Most of the old service staff is gone. Bit crowded, service is good.

They dont know anything about vehicle except engine oil change....no professional technicians there.......all are dumb mechanics.....I would suggest to visit other service centers and keep this as last option

Booked a month ago and still they are unsure about the delivery date. Expected a better things but not in a satisfactory state.Update on Jan 4th - Still no proper response from the team...!Update on Jan 7th - I called at the number provided and no response from them. I e-mailed them and no response for my e-mail also. Not sure if the representatives are busy in just giving wrong delivery dates to other customer and not responding.Update on Feb 1st - Still Dealership and Tata Motors are clueless about delivery.!!

I gave my nexon bs6 model for second free service here, and as they first impression is the best impression the service center is pathetic in response they are slow as sloths, they asked me to bring vehicle at morning 930A.M and it will be ready by 4:00 p.m i trusted them and waited, irony is car went to wash at 4:00 p.m and later service started, it went to wash atleast at that time because I am bugging them all the time otherwise god knows when they would have serviced it. They take their breaks on time but does not do work with same punctuality. They are slower than govt offices and pathetic in reception.

A decent place to buy a vehicle,parking is available inside the showroom which is a big plus to this showroom compared to the rest in that area which have no or minimal parking space.

Not regd service center only regd buying car. Will update review about servicing once I go for service.They receive you well when you enter and ask you what you are looking for and connect you to the sales person of that particular car.They let you sit in the car and feel the interiors. Test drive was also available with out any/much waiting for me.

If possible I would give -10 out of 5, no clarity, no proper commitment and no proper response after confirming the vehicle, most pathetic service ever, will never again shop with tata cars in my life again thanks to Jasper motors Vijayawada good bye to tata motors, for life. Never again in my life I will plan to purchase from tata motors. We own a jaguar xz 2015 model, thanks to you guys i am planning to sell my jaguar as soon as possible without fail, and will never look at tata motors or any brand associated with tata.CONGRATULATIONS TATA MOTORS on loosing a premium valuable customer for life.

Location: Very accessible on the main ring road; near to benz circle and ramvarappadu ring.Display of vehicles: Just a few models will be displayed; i visited for buying Tiago AMT, but there was neither a test drive AMT vehicle nor even a display vehicle in AMT.Staff: They are far from cultivated; they dont know basic manners like asking about salary slips and all that stuff. Even their financial provider from HDFC is very poor knowledge guy and doesnt know what manners means.Service: Since i didnt buy a vehicle yet from them, i cant comment on them.After seeing this showroom, i dropped the idea of buying TATA CAR from them. (As many users complain, TATA is good company but its reputation is ruined by TATA dealership services).

Asked for test ride (new safari),they are skipping time for 2 hours,but the test ride vehicle and (executive) is in front of us.finally its lunch time ,they said come at 4oclock,

Hard to go to this Showrrom because of heavy traffic.

The customer cabin has no air ciculation it is hot n humid n sweaty.this will make u quit the place in 15 mins.parking has sufficient place for cars n bikes.sanitizer provided but no temperature checking.people are good and attentive.their service is also good.overall it is people that make u happy here.
