Very disappointing service from Duroflex showroom. No after-sales support. I didnt get the correct mattress size that I ordered. I ordered queen size (200cmsx150cms) mattress for my Ikea cot and I have received (198cmsx152cms). I called the dealer from whom I purchase the mattress and he tells me to call the company. Whose mistake is this? Please give me your company number - do not give toll free number as I am from Singapore.
