Not bad! I could find 3 blocks and the area was quite big stretching and for walking... People can walk inside the apartment itself they dont have to go outside... But the cleanliness I could fine it was not upto the mark

Peaceful society with very good maintenance. Good amenities. Big walking track.Schools are near by.Less/no water problemOut side roads are little dusty because of water tankers.No good restaurants and hospitals with in 2 km. Need to goto white field for these reasons.

Builder is not reliable at all. They will complete the work even till the date you move in the apartment. You will have to beg to them after investing your hard earned money for every small task. Also the behavior is very rude. Be careful while dealing with this people.

Last month purchased the flat in this.. Quality of construction is zero.. Main walls also built by halo blocks.Other facilities are OK. There is no good association

Nice apartment for people working in white field and sarjapura area. Varthur main road in few minutes away. The apartment is quite enough far to keep away from noise of vehicles on highway. Approach road is narrow. Parking is on road for visitors. No restaurants near by.

Be careful before buying flats from Ssvr/SNM builder. Go and check with people who purchased from the same builder. Famous for not completing the amenities across all the project. From outside all apartment looks like completed, but lot of pending work builder is not finishing even after 5 years of possession.

Good apartments BY SSVR Developers. Pricing is also very affordable. Location very close to Police Station makes it safer in many senses.This apartment has good security as they allow only vehicles with Apartment sticker to be parked in actual parking lot. Other vehicle are only made to park in the guest parking lot only after entry. The perimeter of this apartment is covered with security cameras and each and every action is recorded and monitored each day. The apartment has a beautiful swimming pool location in the A Block. Two badminton courts in the B Block. A gym building and a party hall. It has a good walking path around the apartment which is maintained using beautiful plants always. This apartment is registered with ApnaComplex and maintenance amount is only accepted online or check. Overall this is a very decent and wonderful apartment to stay in Varthur.

Good project. But some survey problem is der which they will say that they dont have. But kindly go to govt sites to check survey land information and go to zipserv maps thn u can see total 4 survey lands are ther but builder wil say thr project comes under only 2.

This is a residential complex, newly made and flats are available on rents and one can buy as well if available. Very near to varthur police station bus stop. Local varthur market is a km away where one can get all their daily needs. Vegetable market and groceries are in the same area.

Rents are expensive and few owners are v v greedy

Infrastructure in that location needs a lot more improvement. Maintenance is high!!
