Wonderful place I love that

Visited a friend who stays here few months ago..the entrance to the flat which is 100-150m from the Balagere road is muddy. First impression is apartment is nicely maintained. As it is open for now on 3 sides, the place is airy and ventilation is good (probably till another apartment comes up on either side). The apartment has a small clean pool, an open badminton court and small gym. Car parking is at ground level which is good as rains will not be a problem to parked cars. From the apartment there are a few shops at a walking distance of 5min..one would need to have own vehicle as there is hardly any bus connectivity for travelling from here to other places. Overall a nice apartment.

Nice apartment with gym, badminton court, kids play area, beautiful side garden and a small swimming pool. Both Whitefield and outer rind road are about 5km from here. Also schools like Euro Kid, Kidzee are very close to the apartment.

Very bad developer. Not following his commitment. Maximum work is completed by respective flat owner. Cracks in wall, all tiles are cracks and scratched. Builder is not ready to replace bad things. Very bad quality of work and supervisor behave is very bad.Got incomplete possession after 6 month when they promised.I will never suggest any one to go with this builder SSVR.

Its located in a bad are, too difficult to reach there, its look like a you are going to an unknown are though its known to you, roads n all very bad conditions, from whitefield main road around 5km inside, yet to develop that area, lift are not working always, those who are staying there they are kind of stuck there, maximum restaurant denies to deliver food there. Over all not a good place.

Good apartments

Apartment is good at as small level.. but the most fact part is a bit of connectivity issue.One side it connects with Varthur which is almost full of traffic on office hours and another side gets connected with Marathahalli where current Road and traffic conditions are pathetic.

The flat seems alright, its spacious and well planned. The approach roads are too narrow though. Reachability and public transport are a problem.

Nice view from one side and surrounded by most of the facilities at easy distance

Friend bought a flat here...No frills, but Reasonable place to stay.

Apartment is fine according to budget but connecting roads are not good.

Its my home... Nice pollution free place with masti and games.
