Worst association ever..They discriminate too much between tenant and owner.Tenants are treated as beggar and 2nd class residents.They make you feel like you are a sin to society and a kind of refugee.All irrelevant rules and regulations are applied on tenants only.Once you come here as tenant, you will feel like trapped.Better avoid coming this place as tenant.Better try other societies like shobha dream or any other, where tenants are atleast treated as human.

Disha central park is located in panathur. The park is situated in a land area of 4 acres. This park consists of children play area , gym, badminton court and tennis court. It is situated 1 km(aprox) distance from kadubisanahalli outer ring road. Free from traffic and better ventilation.

Giving 5 star for open space /amenities / clubhouse they planned. Seems quality of construction is great. Only issue with this and near by project is the traffic jam of half km stretch and railway under pass. Otherwise its a good BUY.

Cool place and good atmosphere

Amazing society for living. It has everything which anyone wants. There are total 300 flats. But the common area has so much of free space that you can just room around in the society itself. There is a small garden and swimming pool near club house. Club house has badminton court and indoor games like TT, Pool, FooseBall etc. Even the party hall has a decent size. There are other court for cricket, volleyball, tennis on the left side of the society. There are 3 lift on one side of the block which has approx. 14 flats.

Nicely constructed apartments. However approach road is extremely narrow. Area is also quite desolated and requires some more infrastructure development.

Sqft Prices very high. Other builders in this area charge 4700/sqft whereas Disha charges 5300 - 5800/-Otherwise Building construction looks good, amenities are not yet constructed.After receiving OC none of the builders except Hiranandani pass on the benefits to buyers instead they increase the per sqft price to get the money what Govt would have received through GST.So, basically prices are same on or before OC, in fact OC increases builders benefits.
