Pathetic response, we are regular customer of the optic house and as per government guidelines the lockdown time is 11pm to 6am but they wont allow us before 9:00 pm, very disappointed. And that was the last visit in optic house.

Excellent eye care service. I took advantage of the free testing, and they corrected my previous prescription which was botched at another place I wont mention. The selection of frames is very wide and the specs were ready in just 2 days. Most of all, the staff was friendly and professional. I highly recommend.

After lock down when I requested to ensure proper safety measures at Optic-houose Waghodia branch, immediate action was taken.Also the staff at Waghodia Branch is courteous and supportive. I recommend to visit optice house.They deserve 5 star rating but as per my philosophy, Nobody is 100%, hence 5 star is not given.
