Very poor service,Never work in one go, and never give correct phone number, the branchs phone never turns on

Worst Bank service no employ does thir job, never helps out, bank never picks up any calls all employs taking free salary and works like on vacation on all times this branch should be closed or new helpfull staff should me joined, all staff getting angry for no reason and highly dis-skilled no experience at all in customer and relationship management.

The main reason I chose SBI is for the Services they offer. Easy Activation of Internet Banking - hassle free process, Core banking - You can deposit, & withdraw from any branch.Darbar Chowkdi Banch Staff is not good.Old bald man sitting at cheque deposit window is an absolute manner less person.For cancellation of my insurance policy I had to request in writing to the Branch Manager for 4 times over period of two years.If you are in Vadodara & want good Customer Service, open an account in ICICI Bank, Akota.
