The temple js at one of the highest points in Udaipur a scenery you must catch, adding the fun of a ropeway ride youll enjoy the view without sheading any sweat, since youll have to walk a lot around other places.The fee for ropeway was 240 for 3 when we visited.

It is one of the best Udaipur tourist places.The Mansapurna Karni Mata Ropeway was built by businessman Kailash Khandelwal in collaboration with UIT in 2008. The ropeway links the two places through a fixed grip mono cable of 387 meters and is the first ropeway of Rajasthan. The cable car installed is also called Gondola meaning the compartment that is suspended from an airship and is used for transportation of personnel.After reaching to the cable car stop point, one has to walk through steps to reach Karni Matas Temple. Very nice attraction which was added in the itinerary while sight seeing in Udaipur... Ropeway car experience was one of its kind... A small temple but very well built and looks very nice. Magnificent view from the temple and while travelling over the ropeway. Caught glimpse of a cute squirrel at the temple.

Costs 681/- for 4 person personal cabin.You go up hill, can spend some time for 1 or 2 hours to enjoy bird view of City then return.From top Lake pichola, City palace everything is visible.And game centers, tattoo, nail art, restaurant are available at the top.

Karni mata mandir is nice mandir. constructions work is going on at the time. It would be nice if you planning in winters because in Feb month we all feel hot 🔥 there so i prefer to anybody go in winter.

Ropeway experience is very average. Though the view from this point is really amazing. Its feels like you can see city as a whole. The other best viewpoint for Udaipur is Sajjangarh fort.

Beautiful sunset behind the mountains and lakes.Ropeway is there, which hardly takes 2-3mins to goto top, one can visit the temple, see the front view covered with lake and back view with houses all over till the Mountains.Try to visit there by 4-5 as last ropeway time to return is 7pm which gets extended for 30min or so if crowded.Overall do visit if you are in udaipur. Its next to lake pichola.

Karni Mata is the best tourist place in Udaipur. We reached to the temple uphill via ropeway , Some People reach to the temple via Stairs also.Couple of view points are also there from where we can admire the beauty of Udaipur.This place is great for relaxing...food facility, game zone , fish spa are also there .Totally it is one of the wonderful place in Udaipur to visit once.

Its only the vantage point that you get of the entire udaipur city from the top and also the ropeway experience which is for not so much a long distance.but overall its windy and scenic above. So must visit once. Also currently temple extension is going on so might as well expect a bigger and much better experience in future.

Rope was thrilling for me in very reasonable cost .Only 120 approx per person .

A must visit place during Udaipur trip. youll get the fun of riding a Ropeway, and looking at the whole city from a new vantage point. Also the temple is really quiet and peaceful.You may also find some rats there, since it also called as a rat temple.

One way to get to Karni Mata Temple at Udaipur, it is supposed to be a high tech affair. The way its managed leaves much to be desired. One has to look for the place to find where one can buy tickets. The return is even more funny having to go through a restaurant looking for the person who will stamp the number for return. Dont be surprised if you realise that the restaurant counter guy is also the one managing the ticket stamping.With so many people coming in its time someone takes note

There is banner on the path that if you not get this ride then you dont visit Udaipur. And I believe after get this rope way ride. It is very fantastic experience, I personally suggest you to get this ride. On the height the weather is awesome and temple too.

This is a good place to visit if you have free time. There is not much to see inside the karnimata temple and it was under construction during my visit. The ropeway is not very expensive and you can get great views from inside of trolleys. Also the scenic beauty from the karnimata temple is great.

Nice but you will travel only 1-2 min. At the top there is a temple. Both ways journey is available on one ticket which is rs 110 for adults and 60 for kids. Sitting capacity of six in one trolley.

One of the only cities in India to have ropeway in middle of town providing city view.Its a short journey of about 5mins one way charging around ₹110 per person.Usually waiting time is around 20mins and takes around 1-2 hrs (including visit to temple and enjoy view) so one needs to plan accordingly.

The Ropeway was a great way to get a unique perspective of the city. It quickly transports you up the mountain to viewing platforms and the temple.Pros:- fast, easy way to visit mountaintop- reasonable costCons:- awkward waiting area, which has lots music at the top- you buy tickets up a step of stairs and then have to go down that set and another- nothing else is around the area, do you essentially take a rickshaw there and back

Worst experience ever.They will make you wait for about 40 mins before boarding the ropeway (both times , while climbing up and coming down)and will waste a lot of your time .moreover the experience ( even when excluding the ropeway) is waaayyyyy lesss than what we pay for. Overall, a superb place to waste money and time and ruin your trip perfectly.

Its a private maintained ropeway service to karni maatha temple Hill, a small distance which will be covered is less than 3 minutes, 3 cable car running together, which can take 6 people in each car. Rates vary in season and off season. Cost per head starts from 180/- rupees and depends if you want to have only your family in the car. The views from the top is really awesome, you can view the City lake palace, jagmohan mandir and Star hotels on the lake bank. Evening are Good time to visit when sun is setting. There is a hotel on Hill top. Dont forget to keep your cable car tickets safely until you reach back down. Also you need to get the serial numbers written on the ticket both the ways for getting your Ride. Its a good place to visit.

Best spiritual place. After buying ticket u need to wait some time. Here is cafeteria. All things available here. If you have proper time then order anything it took some time in preparing order. At the top there is also cafeteria. U can eat there. Timing is important if you go timely u can enjoy sunset view.

The best place in Udaipur is the Karni Mata temple on the intentional Karni Mata ropeway.

We decided to take the ropeway to Karni Mata temple, just for the view and experience.At the starting point, we realized that tickets are base don heights and not age. So if you pass a certain height, you will be charged full fare, or else child fare. Although here they insist to book your queue number after buying the ticket. I did not see them adhere to this. Be sure to preserve the ticket as it includes return fare.Request for the first cable car, as you will get a better view. The journey is short, but the view is incredible. Suggest an evening cable ride.While returning, take your queue number from Ropeway Restaurant at Karni Mata temple. Here they will display the queue number for your return journey.

Great place with great management.Can easily watch beautiful sights of the entire city. Although Rope Way travel is not so long but it is quite good and enjoyable.We can see the overview of Jag mandir, Pichhala Lake, dudh Talai and many other beautiful places of Udaipur through the Rope Way short tour.This is also in a fairly price. Staffs behavior is quite good and much satisfactory.

INR 110 for the ticket, if you want to skip the rope way you can also take a proper decent ways created especially to go up the fort till the temple and Mosque. there are 2 attraction over here 1. Karni mataji mandir and then a Dargha as well. the scenic view from the top is breathtaking. a highly recommended place to visit. you also have restaurant overe here and its not tiring at all unless you ditch the rope-way and plan to go by yourself.

Rope way is for dudh talai to karani matq mandir..For the better view just go at around 5 Pm and enjoy sunset from the top side .Sunset is super..you must have visit karani mata mandir for sunrise..ropeway will cost you around 60-70 INR..
