I would simply say, its a must stay hotel. Splendid property with lavish greenery and all amenities under the roof. Everything including bar, gym, pool, spa is state of the art and responsibly managed. Buffet serves a wide spread and taste is awesome. Chefs and subordinate staff have a nice and polite behaviour. Even the trainees are groomed well. Covid guidelines are being followed and only fully vaccinated are allowed to stay. In terms of cost I would say that its cheaper inspite of state of the art 5 star stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay with friends, family or even alone.😊😊

Trident is a awesome property...with scenic beauty at extreem. Very nicely developed and decorated hotel.Hotel is very professionally managed and house keeping etc are all up to the mark....you cant point errors any where. Overall a very good experience.Ofcourse not to forget about food that is served....is good enough, but there are times when you feel some improvements is really needed....Anyway to sum it up overall a very decent experience.

After second wave of Covid, I visited Trident Udaipur and I must share my superb experience. The staff of Trident Udaipur is very nice, well spoken. Never seen such hospitality ever even in 5 star hotel. Especially the staff guy his Name is Ayaan farooqui, was a very professional and attentive. This is just a mention. I will write another explanatory review for him! So happy being here!Property is very good.

Hotel is good very nice ambience but we booked interconnecting room and at the time of check in it was given to someone else we saw five rooms and finally got the one as per our liking.. breakfast didnt have variety everyday the same menu was there.. being a five star breakfast should be of that standard so real disappointed on that front.. rooms are not big.. but property is good

I went along for a weekend getaway from Delhi with my better half. The property is exquisite and is shared with Udai Vilas Palace. The palace grounds are huge and morning strolls are relaxing. We were greeted Trident hospitality. Special thanks to Neha And Mayank.The palace grounds has many peacocks 🦚 and irrespective of choice of room the area is serene and lovely.There is a sunset point which you shouldnt miss.Thanks ! We will visit again

Allena at the reception is very good and polite. She is the person to look for, she was of great help. The service is quick and prompt. The food is delicious. There is kids play area and a good pool. The gym is overlooking the pool. Overall a great experience.

We had an awesome experience while staying in Trident, Udaipur and would always want to come back here. Hotel in located on the banks of Lake Pichola in property of Oberai groups. The property had a lavish greenery in their premises. There is a walking track amongst the greenery, and we had nature walk everyday in the morning and could see peacocks, flowers etc.The buffet breakfast included in the tariff had a variety of vegetarian options. Non vegetarian food was available only on orders. We had to wait for more than 15 minutes in the lobby for our turn. The cost of food is too high (Close to 3k for two persons) and so we had our lunch and dinner in other good restaurants nearby which are available in plenty in Udaipur.Most of the channels were available in the LED TV with an option to use OTT services like Netflix, Hotstar etc using our own login.The swimming pool was open round the clock, and we had a nice relaxing time in the pool. The swimming pool offers majestic view of the property.They even had a dedicated kids tent with lots of games & toys, playstation etc. In order to keep the kids entertained, a Puppet shows, pot making activity were performed everyday evening from 5 to 7. The hotel also has a gym for people who take care of the fitness even during holidays.Traditional Rajasthani cultural programs were performed in the evenings.The major attractions like City Palace are less than 2 kms from the hotel.The overall experience was good and hotel staff made our stay in Trident enjoyable. Would recommend for anyone visiting Udaipur.

Absolutely stunning grounds and facilities. They even had a kids tent with lots of games & toys with a playground and trampoline. Our girls loved it!!! Staff were so friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable. In the evenings they had cultural dancers which was great👍 food was fabulous, and staff were always seen cleaning ans taking precautions with covid. We will always stay here anytime visiting Udaipur!!

Its a nice property and one would definitely love this place as this has got lush green surroundings however cutting 2 stars because of the rooms. Those are too small for a five star hotel and compared to other similar hotels.

There meals are next level, hospitality you cant imagine, with authentic Udaipur dance. Big SHOUTOUT to my dear Asile Singh and Triambika (hope I spelled it right) starting from choosing the right food to our fun talks, we cant just forget them. Thanks lot for recommending us those Dhai Kebab and Ras Malai. It is one the best 5 star properties in Udaipur. This hotel has easy to reach location. There is lot of greenery within and around the hotel. Hotel reception staff were taking proper precautions against corona virus. We were very well handled by Miss Kunika. She helped us to check into our room and also drafted an itinerary for our maiden Udaipur visit. We booked a deluxe room which was very clean and cosy. The towels, room accessories and beddings were spotless. The breakfast was amazing with large variety of choices. We would happily recommend Trident hotel to anyone coming to Udaipur.

Awesome experience. Hospitality staff made our stay extra special at every opportunity. The grounds are quite pleasant and expansive with many places to walk and with activities. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable.Restaurant is expensive and nothing too special but the ambience is nice, especially outdoors at night. The live music and dance performance was really fun. Cocktails are very nice.

The staff is very polished and very courteous - always willing to offer their suggestions when you need. The property is top notch. Being recently refurbished/revamped, everything feels brand new! Dear Manager,This is Ankit Gajjar. We were total 18 members stayed with Trident Udaipur from 4th July to 8th July 2021. It was worth living and we enjoyed a lot in the resort. Mr Hanumant helped us to get our rooms and to settle down on same floor. Hotel staff was very co-operative and helped a lot with our requirements. We had a great dinner at their Restaurant and our special thanks to their staff Alok, Lokesh, Khushbu and Mayank, who took extra efforts to provide us banquet for a birthday party and specific dinner for 4 nights.Overall it was a nice experience.About food i would say it was mild and healthy, but continental. I recommend to add specific rajasthani dishes too in menu for knowing their culture i.e dal batti, ker sangri, etc.Location was terrific, and we used some of the amenities too. Unfortunately, swimming pool was closed due to covid restrictions.Thanks,Ankit

Staff at this hotel is very frank and kind. Food was very delicious and it was presented well. The management helped and guided me with the booking directly and it was just very easy and with no confusion at all, they provided me with the room according to my convenience. The hotel is amazing.... at first we has some problem checking in the hotel as they were not aware that i had an guaranteed upgrade of my room but later they gave me an upgraded room from Pool View to Aravali View... Now there was one more problem... the room was a little small so i again complaint to the reception about it I having my Birthday the hotel Manager Mr. Lee gave me a Suite room and also decorated my room with Ballons and towels... they also arranged a Birthday Cake in my room at night and A special dinner table with candles and A Cake... the hotel has the best service and the most trained nd polite staff who are always on their tows to survey u... I personally like the hotel and would like to stay again when ever I am in Udaipur again....

The hotel is good, also they provide with a good hospitality. But they didnt have much varieties in the food and seeing the hotel our expectations for the food were high, but unfortunately they could not meet our expectations. So they need to work on this.

I stayed at the Trident Udaipur recently after Unlock 1.0 and it was a fantastic decision to stay with them. Although the Spa, Swimming Pool and the gym are all closed for obvious reasons, the gardens at the hotel will make you want to sit around outside the entire day and they have really beautiful peacocks roaming around the property which is fun to watch.The hotel is taking all necessary precautions to ensure safety of the guests and of themselves. Personally, the arrangements exceeded my expectations and reassured me that my stay at the hotel will be safe. However, this also means a lot of changes should be expected in the way the hotel staff interacts with you. While it may seem a bit inconvenient at first, you get used to it once you realize its all for our safety.Staying alone, I was able to chat up with a lot of the hotel staff and I really need to congratulate the hotel as well as staff for their commitment and perseverance. It was a pleasure to talk to the whoever I could talk to during my stay there and the only reason I want to visit this place agaion is because of the warmth and reassurance the staff showed me to ensure my stay was as comfortable as I could get.I would again like to thank the staff and the hotel for the way they looked after me. Shout out to staff members Mayank, the front desk team, housekeeping, the entire restaurant team starting from Saurabh, Vishal, Lokesh, and everyone else as well unfortunately who I couldnt get introduced to. What a wonderful experience!A warm welcome extended by Mr Hanumant Singh from FO.MR Amit from the bar showed an extra care in not only serving us our drinks, but, also explaining what we were having to his colleague during his break.Only goes to show that choosing the right people with the correct attitude is half the hearts win over in the hospitality arena.And , of course, no need to mention the minute details all taken care of, which separates the wheat.
