The service for their AC bus was good. They are punctual, helping in nature and even the bus was also comfortable.The bus was on time at the departure as well as at the arrival. There was no problem or disturbance during the journey and the seats were well customized shoe rack, charging Pad and air vent etc.The seat also had plain one time usable thin sheet for COVID precautions.

Zero star.UDAIPUR TO AHMEDABAD TRAVEL.!They change bus According to passenger capacity. They put wrong information on apps and charge you more for services but they give no service at all. Paid for SCANIA and provided bharatbenz. No problem in change of bus, but bus hygiene is bad. No WiFi, no infotainment system, no gps to track bus, no conductor for luggage handling. Book this bus and get cheated. Their service person was being rude instead of being apologizing. Bus has front engine so neither silence nor comfort. Very bumpy ride due to bar suspension system.Posting bus photos, so dont take this. There are other service provider on this route which are better.

Parshwanath travels is a big fraud. I booked a ticket in there bus and when i called them regarding the boarding point and time they told me that there is still some time left and later on when I got at the boarding point at the designated time they told me that bus has already left half an hour ago.Since its festive time i believe they would have sold my ticket to someone else for more amount of money.I called there staff around 4-5 times regarding not being able to board on bus and each time they told me some new lie and pushed blame on me. There staff was very rude and notorious and dont even have basic etiquette on how to converse with someone.My advice for anyone booking there tickets with this FRAUD TRAVELS is that beaware of them and if possible go for some other travels.

Deceiving. No clear explanations during bookings. We were booking tickets from Udaipur and they showed a bus with 10 rows out of which only A4 and b4 were empty. We booked them expecting a comfortable journey. On the arrival of the bus, it had only 5 seats and ours was the second last with no leg space due to wheel under us. Better service expected.

First experience ever with parshwanath...was so Bad...My bus was at 11 in night and they said its late and itll come at 2 in night but they said there is another bus at 11 in which u can only have last row upper seats where I booked for first row... Now in sleeper bus last seat upper I couldnt stop moving even I hold the bar. I think they put me last in same bus bcoz they got passenger without booked and gave them front row. They should provide the same seats.

First of all, not at all punctual. Secondly, every person from the office person to the driver is rude. Also, there are no doors system in sleeper seats. Its just curtains so security 0/10.

I am travelling right now from Udaipur to Jaipur by bus (Starts at 11:40) which connects to Ahmedabad. I gave Rs. 840 to the representative against which he didnt give any ticket. I fear, if they ask me to leave my seat i.e. SD4 during journey. Do something against such fraudent. What if something happens, any misadventure or anything... I am no where in passenger list.

They change the bus before giving any prior information... V give money for vovlo(scania) services and are served with normal AC bus services... there was no luggage facilities..v had to keep our luggage inside the bus.. ..unexpected behavior from Parshwanat Travellers... Very dissapointed...

Pathetic service!! I made the terrible mistake of believing that the bus would reach at or at least close to the time advertised - ran more than 2 hours late and ended up missing my exam! Cost me 21000 rupees and a months time to retake it - totally screwed up all my itinerary! Save yourself and dont make the terrible mistake of using this bus service.Also the ground staff and the driver were super rude and nasty even when I repeatedly told them about my situation and requested them to reach me there in time!

Dont reply on parshwanath travels, making fool to customers.I booked the ticket for multi axle volvo from redbus at the time of reporting they provided the Normal volvo & the representative at office told at this time no multi axle volvo goes.

Driver said last drop off point are Naroda Patia.We are not familiar with Area.Stop came but driver did not announce some passenger still in bus so we. Continue travel & he too the bus at Naroda Railway crossing & told all passenger to get off where we can not get common transportation.Driver stopping lot of time on highway to pick up passengers from the Road.Driver & his helper were very rudeI would not recommended to any one.We will never travel in this bus again.

Worst experience everthe bus is late , and the condition of the bus is not good, it gets disbalanced if the driver go beyond 70 or up, breaks are also not workingthe time at which we were supposed to reach ahmedabad, at that time we are still 125km awayif your services can’t manage to give best quality to the customers don’t show it very good on the outsidethe breaks are not working, case can be filed against the company that you are providing a bus that doesn’t even have breaks and can be very dangerous to the passenger travellingif you can’t make it in 4hours then don’t mention the bus timings as 6:30-10:30 , make it clear and real on the app as 6:30-1:30 or it can be 2:30worst evernever going to travel again with this agency and neither my friends are going to travel in this travels

Not on time. Just 5 minutes before departure, they sent a message to say the bus was late by an hour. I had to wait with family in the sun. No sorry, no water, no compensation... no courtesy. Bus said - Wi-fi. No wi-fi at all. Picked a random passenger possibly to make some bucks at the cost of other passengers convenience.Request all passangers to leave ratings... sooner or later, they will come to realise passangers are no longer fool.
