Good Hotel. Lacking in Service but still good

Nice Hotel as per rates but need to make changes in bathroom and rooms. We had 3 rooms but in that 2 bathrooms were not maintained properly by the management.Reception and Restaurant Staff is co-operative.

Hotel is nice but staff is very very roodly behaviour and also before booking please confirm them all package details ...room sarvices -5 point

Hotel property is good but old. Staff seems untrained. Stay only if there is a budget issue as location is also a bit odd.

As per the brand name we assumed some standard of this property but later realized that they didnt even have air fresher, literally rooms were smelling like someone did smoking n just left the room. We approached at the reception then tagain they provided us with other room but now our experience was worst then before, restroom was smelling worst than public toilets and lastly where our patience was gone when we found instead of bedcover they put 2 bedsheets up n down as a bed cover. Last but not the least there was TV but NO REMOTE and SETUP box. Worst experience with the worst hotel.

Worst hotel experience till now. Booked hotel for 3 days but later on plan was changed, so want to cancel hotel for last 2 days. Hotel guy at reception was ready to refund but he told me that we had booking through online portal so portal has to contact to them. When we make them contact the goibibo customer care guy by my phone only , he suddenly denied to refund. From the very first day I complained about telephone in room but no resolution until 3rd day. For every thing i had to come to reception from my room. Toilet flush was not working every day. Had to go to reception every day for resolution. Bed sheet and blanket was so dirty and with very dirty marks. Housekeeking department told that they can not change that.

Room and service was amazing, Staff is so helpful and active. Breakfast was good.

Stayed for 1 night. Property is good but due to covid-19 their restaurant dine-in is not operational but they tried to provide food in room.

Its an average property. The rooms are big and specisious, but limited options in the breakfasts. Overall good stay and value for money.

“Just another OYO†– Below Par, to be avoided. The Hotel claims itself to be in 3 to 4 star category, however it nothing but just a guest house. Though the management may have spent some money on few recent upgradations, but it lacks a good amount of features to reach that level. Below are few points from our stay: 1. The hotel is seriously under staffed: Only one housekeeping person for 41 rooms. The towels were not placed and bed sheets were not changed when we were given the rooms. House keeping says that he doesn’t have time to change sheets as he has to clean 41 rooms. In restaurant also there are only two waiters against a minimum of 50 guests at breakfast. Staff is polite but lacks proper training and doesn’t have any uniform. 2. Lacks basic amenities: Hotel says that they are out of stock for dental kits, shaving kits, slippers etc. We even had to request thrice for toilet rolls. Hot water is not provided 24 hours. The showers and taps are not cleaned properly and overhead shower doesn’t function. Toilet seat taps are always leaking. 3. Room allotment issues: We were allotted basic comfort rooms even when we paid for higher category Classic rooms. We paid for extra bed, and the hotel was providing us a mattress on the floor. We had to argue to get a proper extra bed.

Horrible horrible experience. Very rude and unhelpful staff. First they gave us a wrong key. They nocked at our room mistakenly at 5:30 am. No towels, no hair dryer. Only one key for 3 people. They didn’t even help us to call a taxi. OMG! these people knew zero about hospitality. I hope they read reviews and upgrade their service a bit. Also location is far from everywhere.

It has been a great experience staying in Q Hotel, Udaipur.Hotel staff is very supportive, courteous and take care of ones need as and when required. Though price of meals are on higher side but taste makes you forget about the money. All amenities are given as per the description as well as in well and good condition. Room and Bathroom/washroom are neat and clean. Recommended for stay.

The service was quite great and very quick. Hot seated quickly and at a nice spot. The servers were very polite and respectful. The food was piping hot and tasted great. The starters are the best and one can eat them all day long. The main course of awesome and a lot of variety in ice cream ... overall a good amazing and its definitely worth visiting

Splendid Stay at Q, Udaipur!!!! Spacious and well designed rooms to meet requirements of customers. Attention to minute details by the management ensures customer satisfaction. This is visible at many instances viz, a mini refrigerator, a work desk, availability of moisturizer and laundry arrangements. Wish, we had a longer stay.

A decent stay and value for money.We loved the ambiance and hospitality of the staff.Rooms are spacious and clean and most of the places to visit in Udaipur are nearby. Dont get confused by other reviews and location on map, be assured that you are booking a decent hotel in the category.

Foru star to the property. The rooms are nice having sitting table and work place. The hotel also have a common swimming pool also that adds more value to choose this hotel. Its around 6 KMS from City railway station and around 26 KMS from airport. I done booking with make my trip and the check-in time was 12pm but I reached udaipur in the morning itself and reached to the hotel. They propose me with early check in option by paying 450 +taxes extra and done the early check-in.Staff is good and room service is also good.The only issue I found was door keys. The smart cards doesnt work properly. Every time I asked the reception to help me out to open the door of my room whenever I went out.

As they say, its a 4-star hotel, we didnt have that amazing experience. The only great thing we found was the luxury room. The pool remained dirty even after reminding them a couple of times. Didnt find any recreational activity within the place!

This is my second visit at Q , it has got all renovated rooms very clean and nicely done. The room linen was very neat and tidey. I generally taught hotels gets un-maintained with time but here we found everything good and much more maintained. Probably a always visit hotel at udaipur. Hope the team at Q maintains it the same way!!!

The bed was very comfy, the room was well balanced with a king size bed, seating area, and luxurious bathroom. Best of all, the hotel staff went out of their way to personalize our visit.” Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were modern, well appointed, and very clean. Actually wished we had planned to spend another night and will go back again.” We received a warm welcome and found a sofa, table and chairs with chess set laid out in the corridor outside our room. Our bed was comfortable and the room was very clean and bright.

Hotel room was not good.

The parking was congested, just in case you are going by your own vehicle. I was given a room that had bad odour but the hotel changed it immediately without any objection. This may become an issue if all rooms are booked. The shower was clogged but it can be taken care of. All in all, I liked my stay and would come back again because of the price.Just in case, you are taking a room without breakfast, the ala carte charge is Rs 420.00 per person. So, book a room with free breakfast and you will not regret it. I did not take breakfast here, so I am unable to say about the quality of food.The hotel is in the city but in a quiet residential colony away from the noise pollution. I was delighted to wake up listening to the chirping of birds.

It is a decent hotel with good services and food but some people here are quite rude.But overall a nice experience

Nice, clean and spacious rooms. Airconditioner is noisy, the showers do not work properly. However rooms are new fresh and neat.Food is very costly for a single traveller if he has to order a la karte then he will end up paying huge amount and wasting 75% food. For families the food cost is ok.Breakfast is fantastic you can really enjoy it.

Wonderful experience I had here. Starting with interior, very attractive. Swimming 🏊 pool, buffet, dimmer at the terrace is eye catching. Staff is very professional. Rooms are bigger with all the required amenities. Sitting arrangements at the terrace is super.

Awesome experienceI stayed here with my seniors for office work for 2 nights. Rooms are really clean and big. Food is delicious specially dal makhani and paneer chilly.. Very pleasant ambiance. The hotel service is excellent and breakfast , swimming pool was also very nice..its 2 km away from Sukhadiya circle and Fatehsagar Lake.

Hotel appearance from outside is good. But the rooms are even better. Washrooms are good as expected. Staff is very well trained. There is a very homely atmosphere present there. Would recommend it.

A good place for comfortable & humble stay, food & beverages are costly inside the hotel and you can enjoy the pool side there too.

Hotel stay by rooms and amminity is average. But food quality is not up to mark. Free breakfast is not that much good.

Place is really nice and quite spread around. Very spacious and tidy rooms and things around. Owner was kind and courteous but staff were not cooperative. We were two people staying at this place and we were offered only one towel to use. Staying here for two days was good but expected staff to be helpful with tourist

Worst experience ever... Will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Very impolite staff and no courtesy towards customers at all and on top of it charging for facilities like swimming pool but its not in working condition a very unsatisfying answer from the reception guys that its under maintenance. Paid a lot amount to enjoy the facilities specially like pool etc and family including kids was very disappointed. I would recommend everyone reading this review please dont book this hotel. 1. Poor Management: After booking as a family they try to convince us for seprate bed room. after discussion and argue with them they have taken 3 to 4 hrs to allot room with double bed.2. Worst Housekeeping and Reception: They dont have seperate key for room, we have to ask Housekeeping for open door every time. we have noticed that they dont have enough mature staff who can handle this type of problems. After very harsh discussion with reception person and denied to accept further adjustment they have given key within 5 min. Cant conclude on staffs intention.3. Restaurant: Not at all punctual about restaurant timings. When asking for breakfast after 10 min. of their given timing restaurant incharge is not in mood to serve us instant. Very arrogant while talking to others regarding any special food related requirement.4. Parking: They dont have space to park more than 4 cars, even thats also needs to be stacked one by one so you have to submit keys to reception, so they can move your car as per their requirement.5. View: More than half of the rooms are having view of dirty sewage or sludge.WASTE OF MONEY, COMPLETE SPOILER OF YOUR VACATION OR STAY.THIS HOTEL IS NOT FOR FAMILY

We stayed here for 2 days for a marriage program. Rooms were very poorly cleaned. After repeated requests we were told they are short of Staffs. Second day, rooms were again not cleaned. Passages were left with empty bottles, dirty plates, used towels but no staff to clean them. Very pathetic room service. Only food was okay... In nut and shell, whole and all fun and enjoy of stay was spoiled. Will not recommend. :-(

Well our stay was good, we choose a club room and was given quite big room by them. I did not had food at the hotel but the breakfast served was decent with idli, aloo paratha and chai being served. All the Front desk were excellent and quite helpful. It was a little from the main City which I personally like because I prefer to stay away from the noise. To summarize it is a good clean hotel, room no 302 is quite big and spacious.

Nice property close to the centre of the city , but the staff is completely ignorant about Udaipur, they dont know anything about Udaipur. The hotel should employ locals rather than outsiders as staff

The toilets were not sanitised , well not even clean . It was in Pretty bad shape and was not fit to be used !! Apart from which i felt the sheets could have been cleaner. Although the staff was cooperative but the rooms were disappointing even after booking in a good hotel because of having hygiene issues in mind , still had to stay in a room not cleaned properly. It was pathetic. They did offer us another room but the toilets were the same amount of dirty and filthy , so we opted to stay in the old room . I dont know if i will recommend it to others Food was good !!

This hotel has very poor and uncooperative staff. Veg restaurant. I was forced to pay 5000 for gala dinner that too veh. They denied check in if i didnt pay extras

Most importantly, very rude behaviors and responses to our basic requests(such as second entry card for 3 people), they walked in our room without even knocking the door, they rang our door at 6 am by mistake, they gave us a wrong entry card, they entered a wrong room to let us in for the first time, we called 3 times to get our shower towels and at the end I had to go down and ask in person. The power went off and elevators did’t have back up battery. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Wish there was a ZERO star for review!

Pathetic service. Booked as parking was mentioned but they have very limited parking. I was forced to park outside. Room provided has a view of cemetery. The room was below their charcoal lounge had to suffer loud music and bass beats till 2 in the morning. Staff is very incompetent, slow in service and lots of attitude. Location is a little secluded. Only good thing about the hotel was the slice cake provided in the complementary breakfast.

This hotel is in outer areas of udiapur if tou are entering from jaipur side. Rooms are good and well maintained. Breakfast is average with limited potions.

Q hotel be the best presently And in The Future. The service provided by the management was just unbeatable. Security be the best. Well maintained hotel away from the narrow lanes of main Udaipur city. All important landmarks are within 4-5km and easily reachable within 10 minutes. Breakfast is good.
