Excellent location very centrally located. Its a palace converted to hotel. Its a big hotel with more than 200 rooms. The staff is polite and helpful. The service is quick and prompt. The view is good from the hotel. Many events take place here. The rooms are big and spacious. Overall a good experience

A good clean place, well spread out. All the Staff wore masks, though some guests did not feel the necessity for wearing masks. The rooms were well laid out, with clean linen & towels. Rooms were provided with kettle, and instant coffee, tea, whitener & sugar, & most importantly, stirrers. Staff was friendly, helpful. I couldnt say always smiling as their faces were covered by masks.

The worst hospitality one could give because the rooms will not clean and we book the deluxe room but on arriving they told me that you have booked superior room and we booked the king size bed but they provided me with the twin bad and as you can see in the images the condition of the room and the hair dryer was also not working shower was not working. While booking we made the special request as we were on honeymoon and my wife’s birthday but there was no such arrangement from their end and they didn’t even entertained it. Even someone delivered a cake on the reception but they refused that they didn’t receive any such delivery and when giving the proof to them they confessed yeah we got a cake and they delivered it to our room on the next day.

The hotel is located in an amazing accessible spot, it is picturesque and has amazing views of the Fateh Sagar Lake.The people and staff is courteous and kind as always and helpful too.I have stayed here almost 5 times with my family, but since the last two times we havent been really satisfied with the service. Having to call housekeeping/rooms service/reception multiple times to fix the gadgets in the room, etc. The hairdryer, fridge, telephone werent working and it took many calls to get them fixed.Food is okay, but we were not super pumped about the buffet breakfast spread this time around. Especially the first day, the other days were okay. We were very glad that we didnt opt for the dinner package, we totally would have regretted!The redid the interiors two or so years ago, and its not as great as it was initially. Too many traditional design elements all over the place, and I found it a little over the top. (Im an architect so I am a little critical/particular about these things, sorry).

Excellent hotel. Nice location. Rooms are comfortable with top class facilities. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Room service is very good. We had gone with our friend couple on 11th August and stayed for two nights. We enjoyed our stay to the full, thanks to good management and efficient service. Packs a punch with the amount the hotel charges compared to other 5 stars at Udaipur. Rooms were decent, and service was great. Amenities in and around the hotel, such as a swimming pool, gym, in-house restaurants, lends it a degree of comfort, which you can cash in on days you don’t want to brave the heat outside or trouble of navigating the city to search for such things.Annie, the manager at the reception, was an amiable host who didn’t shy away from helping us, and her splendid memory paved way for pleasant conversations and seamless service. Members from housekeeping were also very helpful and forthcoming.If I am to list any cons, I’d say that Covid restrictions could be a little better imposed. Can understand that patrons don’t want to be instructed to do things, and hospitality may demand a degree of tolerance, but I’d suggest more visual cues for people to mask up. Breakfast buffet would be a great place to start.Also, maybe consider starting/re-starting airport/train station drop and pickups.

I was Coordinating a group from 24th sept 2021 - 01st oct 2021.In short the only team that worked professionally were the Front desk & the F&B.Special mention of Front desk team samar khan ,Annie, sarla, nikita, yashodhara, saurabh, niraj, sandeep Abhishek, Mohini .... Excellent service complete professional approach towards work.Bell desk, Nitesh Jadhav.F&B team who worked for all the meal services B/L/D gala dinner, high tea special mention of Bhoodev singh ( One man army) ,Kaml khan for leading his entire team along with the hotel management trainees .Chef for curating excellent menus.Housekeeping team tried there best too.Overall I would say there were certain things which were lacking, I mean coordination from the sales team especially Mr Gaurav Mathur, you need to be present at the venue to check if everything is executed well.Ms Mohini gave all her best, but the decision maker was not present at the hotel and things were getting more and more delayed.So full marks to Front desk, F&B, Bell desk. Housekeeping too, sales team needs work more on there coordination part to execute smooth functioning of large groups.

A beautiful place which we really would prefer to come to again. We have booked a 3 nights stay here with our 6 yr old boy. He loved the place too as there is plenty of place for him as well as something for every member of all family members. Gym, spa, kids play area, rajasthani folk music and dance performance for an hour in the evenings, beautiful restaurants, beautiful sunsets to enjoy from the campus. Rooms are pretty big and people are co-operative (atleast our experience has been good).

Its a beautiful hotel with a majestic entrance, and the famous Fatehsagar lake is easily visible from almost every spot of the hotel, more so if you take the lakeside view rooms! They are short of staff and the service isnt the best, they need to be called at least twice. The basic rooms are mediocre in size. Breakfast was delicious but the in room dining main course was a little oily and not that great.🙌 Radisson is the perfect place for a stay, really nice rooms with beautiful view, comfortable beds and would surely like to recommend to my friends and family 👪

When we arrived at the hotel , we had to sit for more than an hour till the room was given to us , when we checked the rooms view we saw people excreting outside which is absolutely disgusting , when we got our rooms after alot of fighting our luggage did not arrive and our entire plan of taking a tour in Udaipur was ruined , service is not at all great

An absolutely perfect hotel for a destination wedding, with great food, a really nice poolside. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, very well lit and the bathroom is really nice as well. Its definitely a very reasonable hotel with great amenities

Good hotel, good staff, good food. Desserts are a hit or miss 😊Took 1 star off due to low noise barriers (can hear people talking in the hallway) and as the service can be a bit problematic at times. Like when we asked for warm drinking water, front desk agreed but we got a call later saying pls use the in room kettle. Upon explaining the kettle is stinky, they sent 1 glass of water 🤣Did help us out in a pinch when we needed medicines late at night.

The place looked pretty from outside but as soon as we entered the room we were really disappointed...There was no drinking water no hand towels no slippers...The room was not cleaned properly...there were empty wrappers lying below the bed... there was water on the floor of the wasrhoom ... there was no polybag or cover on the dustbins... the mat was very dirty...The only good part was the breakfast spread which was decent...We booked a lake facing room but only a very small part of lake was visible... we could see garbage lying outside our room...

Worst experience from Radisson Blu never ever expected.Property not maintained properly, service very bad and slow.Rooms not up to date. Hair dryer not working, washroom gate not closing down.And the best part, I ordered jain khichdi for dinner and got a blended portion of khichdi with no masala nothing and it was being served as if I was in a hospital not in a hotel, or Im a kid of 9-12 months who eats blended dalia or khichdi.Never ever expected it from Radisson Blu.Hope it gets better or I would never suggest to visit Radisson Blu Udaipur.Very upset and ya check-in time was 3O Clock and I got check-in at 4:15 PM, almost waited for 45 minutes.Radisson is just charging, else nothing is good.Wasting customers money.Will never visit again.

After living in Radisson Jodhpur which was half the price and such a pleasant stay, I would not recommend this place.---Staff, Service and ambience is good and breakfast setup was good. This Radisson Blu hotel didnt live up to the expectations. The rooms are quite cosy and the location is excellent, where you have amazing views. It is also very spacious, as there is a lot of area where you can go for a walk here. However, this hotel is the perfect example of Appearances can be deceptive. Firstly, the service is very bad, and you have to request at least 3 times to get things done. We even had to ask for a remote. The bathroom door was broken, and even the shower had problem. Secondly, it feels like the staff is really understaffed, and they cant even handle the weekend rush at all. The food was ok, but the service completely ruined our experience. I would recommend this hotel only if you like some good scenic views, but if your patience level is low, you will get irritated very easily, so I wont recommend it.

The food and rooms are amazing... just that their services may lag behind when guests rush in the weekend, so prefer weekdays if possible... plenty of jain food options available in their sumptuous breakfast spread with a kind and great chef to even pamper you with some fresh waffles, or anything else you may like in your breakfast.the view of the Fateh Sagar is quite visible from our upgraded club room which was a pleasant surprise by the hotel. we are grateful. its a luxurious property, pretty huge, especially best for wedding with 2-3 great halls available for different occasions.. all in all best option for every kind of visitor. one touch service need to have a better service team and not just one person at the desk at a time to serve plenty of guests at the hotel.pleasant upgrade to a club room and their breakfast spread had plenty of Jain options. The property is royal.

We changed 3 rooms in 3 days of pur stay. A/C was not working. And room service was very very slow. I asked them for towel there were no towels I waited for 24 hours still they couldn’t able to provide me that. I asked for hair dryer I didn’t get. I asked for toothpaste i got it after 2 hours. Very very pathetic. Its not just us but the all the guest were complaining at the hotel. It ruined our trip and finally on our last day we booked trident because we were very much tired complaining at last no one was listening.

TVs only show for few minutes then locks you out, hotel says they dont have anything subscribed on TV, this is all what they give. Water in the bathrooms is a bit slow.

This hotel have been a nightmare for me during both of my visits. Their service is not a 5 star ranking. Their rooms do not have any decent view. If you are coming for a leisure time and good stay, try some other options.

Worst experience ever!They’ve ruined their image as a 5star hotel. Even a 3star hotel provides better service than them. They provide room temperature water bottles complimentary but if you ask for chilled water bottle, they give 20rs Bisleri water bottle for 177rs.Also the other services were awful. If you ask for towels in the morning, they won’t even deliver it to your room by evening. You have to go in the lobby and look for any housekeeping person and ask for the towels.The rooms were not clean, nor well maintained.I’m never staying at any Hotel by Radisson ever.

The first impression about Radisson Blu Udaipur is that they have a very courteous, co-operative and polite staff. Also the cleanliness around the whole property is very good. Food is delicious as well. Adventure and leisure trips with decent abd comfortable stay.

The hotel didn’t provide for proper basic amenities and we had to ask for it. After paying 6500/- including taxes you least expect to have the tv channels subscribed and when asking for it, the hotel staff simply says it can only happen in the morning, this is not something that you expect from a 5 star property as they claim to be. To top it all, they are charging for ICE BUCKETS - INR - 150. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to have a comfortable stay!

I have been to Ramada , Rajdarshan , Parkview to name a fewWell Im happy to share with you I found the palce with good non veg food and its raddisonThe rooftop view plus the musicians there the whole vibe is very surrealAnd the food dont even get me started on it I ordered chicken sizzler and their speciality lal Manns the mutton was so soft and devoid of any bones and the sizzler had reached the epitome of tanginess with just the perfect amount of barbecue sauceWould Highly recommend anyone who likes non veg , good views and good vibes to visit here

Beautiful property but, BUT really bad food! Dont go for a buffet or even ala carte, order a basic tea coffee and enjoy the place. Its fancy but not very wow. For stay it is a good option hospitality is good but again breakfast is heartbreaking! I wouldnt advice to eat here.

Would recommend to select some other hotel/resort in Udaipur compared to this.The rooms have no view, washrooms are age old and require maintenance.ACs temperature adjustment don’t work (mentioned in many reviews) and this will literally make your sleep hell.Breakfast buffet is huge but everything is tasteless and with such a big place the breakfast live counters seem too small and mismanaged considering the number of guests that arrive for breakfast at any given time.Overall, the experience is not worth the price .The only good thing about this place is the grand architecture (don’t fall for it) and everything else is like 3 star at max.

All about our stay there deserve a single word and that is EXCELLENT. Room was neat and clean, well arranged with all basic needs including refrigerator, safe locker and a big wardrobe. Bathroom was also clean. Overall enjoyed our personal hours.As a couple, we felt the property very romantic and has all privacy. At roof top, we enjoyed dinner as well as morning hours with fresh air and amazing sunrise view with Fatehsagar lake. At evening, we enjoyed Rajasthani cultural program alongwith puppet show and folk songs.

I visited Udaipur in June end and stayed at Radisson Blu resort and spa. I had an amazing experience here. Loved the view and royal feeling that this hotel provided. The hospitality was average and the breakfast was average as well. The menu was a little repitative but the food was tasty. The rooms were quite spacious and pleasent. Overall had a great time here!

Had to make multiple calls for basic amenities. room service was very very slow. coffee kettle was not working , Fridge was not working. Water was coming out of the fridge and my wife was fell down on floor. AC was not working on breakfast area. while requesting to their staff, they were sent us other place which were same problem. Totally unprofessional staff.Waste of money, waste of time,unprofessional staff/zero quality . They are not deserving 4 star rating. Not recommended to anyone.

The property is so beautiful but the food was not so good. We had buffet dinner with Rs. 1100 plus taxes. Food was bad might be due too much crowd and wedding inside the hotel. The service was pretty good specially of Rohit the manager of dinning.

Worst experience for a 5 star hotel stay. They lost one of our language while checking out. The cleanliness in the room was not upto the mark. Room service person did not come even after 2 to 3 reminders.

Entry experience was too good as well as check in and Check out progress. Under the budget this one a perfect place to stay with good food quality. Breakfast is also too Good. All the staff were very polite and helpful specially Chandana Boro, Narsima and Kamal Singh. Really enjoyed the stay.

The rooms are small. The business class lake view room didnt have so much a lake view as a backwater view even though we had the best room view wise. The breakfast spread is good. The hospitality is wonderful. Gym is good. Indoor sports okayish. The spa is expensive. Pool is available only in swimming dress. All rooms dont have bathtub. 2121 did have one. The top restaurant Aravali has beautiful live classical music and windy. The hotel is well located. Cot and high chair available for infants.

Stay was just okay.However, it’s NOT worth the money. Heavily overly priced for that property. Property is overrated, it is called a boutique 5 star palace hotel but hotel property, rooms and their service is just like any other 3 star hotel. Checkin was very slow.

Hotel was very awesome. We got a winter package from Goibibo which includes breakfast, dinner, Hi-Tea, and 2 beers or Soft drink in bar for free. Puppet show was awesome. Only thing is the reception staffs are not good. They have waited me for more than an hour to get 1 room out of 2. And we have to call them again and again to get the amenities. Other things are good. Food was awesome. There are plenty of varieties.

Food was pathatic..I had never imagined that raddsion could serve such a pathatic food as I had a stay in other proproties as well. We had ordered here for caesar for which we got only lattiuce leaves dipped in mayo. Had similar experience for veg club sandwich which was charged Rs. 725/- for 3 pieces of flat breads. Absolutely worst experience 😐

They call it a resort but they behave as if it is some international airport..we were clicking our pictures near their garden but some staff objected and informed the manager and then said clicking pictures isnt allowed (even in the garden area which isnt inside the hotel obviously)..that night shift manager (whose name was mr.umesh) didnt even have the courtesy to come out and meet us while we especially went to the reception and asked to meet him..the staff who went to call him returned back saying that sir is saying photos not allowed..i mean it was really impolite of him..we went to talk to him and he was behaving as if he is a VVIP.. moreover,we had seen so many people clicking pictures throughout the day without any objections from anyone..the managers behaviour made us feel like checking out there and then..but we thought well talk about it with the morning staff..and the morning shift manager next day told us that there are no such restrictions on using camera for personal use! So basically that night duty manager spoiled our mood and stay!! Never ever any resort has raised such an issue except this resorts manager! It wasnt expected from Raddison!! Am never gonna visit this place again!

Poor Services,commitment & final show delivered totally different .We chechked in on 14.08.2021 with booking for king Size double bed but we were allocated twin beds &they were trying to convince that they will join the two & dress it for us.After an hour of argument they allotted us a double bed in room quality of bath towels Was not upto Radisson name,also we have to call the reception thrice for bathtowels,bath slippers & other assesories tea kettle was not working again even after calling twice we were successful in getting it changed.Food was also not as per brand name ,tea was served in that gumti type glasses during breakfast.Only I will personally appreciate prompt service given by Ms Roshni Patel,Mr Raj at rooftop,MR Rajkumar Rekar room service .Food needs a lot to be improved.Worst ever experience

Room no.2011 | Stay 14th to 17th Jul’21Awful experience with Radisson. I had stay with Radisson earlier not only in India but also in Europe. Never had such a pathetic experience.1) Delayed check in by 1.5 hrs2) Rooms were not cleaned as per 5 Star standards (forget about current COVID norms)3) Requesting towels sounded like u have asked for their property papers4) Ongoing weddings were the biggest issue, as the other guests were absolutely ignored5) Complete chaos in restaurant6) Staff was 50% as they claimed than question is why did management decided to go for 100% booking7) Wedding guests were very loud during late nights causing immense disturbance to other guests8) Swimming pools not at all maintained.9) Improper parking spaceActually the list is unending. But the suggestion for all is to choose some other property just not to spoil your holidays

Worst experience. Had 2 day stay. Huge service problem. Got room - late. Checkin time is 3 than too got room at 4. Electric kettle not working and they didnt care to change it for 2 days even after complaining multiple times. No toiletries till 8pm. We kept asking for towels got at 8pm and that too dirty than after scolding they changed. Rooms are smelly due to moist walls. So bad and we paid for that. Worst ever Radission. Decreasing my rating to 1. Even the bathtub drain was broken. So yeah basic things were not right. Zero covid protocol. Breakfast had few options with too much crowd, it was like standing in a very crowded market. Tables not enough, space not enough, it was total mismanagement. Very disappointing experience from Radisson. Dont waste your money on this property.

The hotel is on a beautiful property, but the experience leaves something to be desired. They have not properly advertised the room features because of which we ended up with a no view room. (the booking site mentioned ‘view’.) We stood our ground and requested a change, the front desk initially seemed annoyed with it but ultimately agreed.Also, with weddings going on inside the property, there was always too much chaos and too many people around. Maybe this factor also affected our experience.Overall, rooms were clean and certain housekeeping staff was as polite as they could be. But the hotel seemed to focus on wedding guests way more.No bellboy was sent during check-out either, even after multiple requests. I’d say if you were to book here, keep expectations low and you’d have a pleasant stay.

The place is beautiful, just as expected from any Radisson property. My check-in experience was average. Room cleaning and allotment took time. Our room didnt have many standard amenities, such as slippers, shower caps, shaving kit, menu, or even the mini-fridge items. These things had to be figured out by the customer rather than them being proactively provided with the same. Having said that, staff attitude by and large was great, especially the folks at buffet and baggage departments. Social distancing and mask wearing wasnt seen across many guests, and the enforcement of covid guidelines can be better (a marriage at the venue was probably to blame, besides usual guests). Will I return here? Probably, not certainly, because while they shined in some areas, they were a let down in others, especially when it comes to the experience you expect from a high star property.

Most horrific experience in Radisson Blu, Udaipur. We were a group of about 100 people. The hotel was pre-booked by us. The hotel services were as follows:1. Unkept rooms with dirty washroom.2. Linen & towels stail and unwashed.3. Untrained staff.4. Every meal was disastrous.5. This hotel management needs to seriously look at the staffing. From GM down to housekeeping.6. Rating should be down to 1star or no Star.

The property looks very old and some up gradation to be needed. The room was not properly ready at the time of check in. Towel, napkins, bath mate was missing. One chair leg was broken and it was repaired after doing complain. It seems they were not giving proper response booking. In any request they were just saying that sir your booking was done and the category which you booked is base so we cant do anything. If this kind of response we get we would avoid book. It was not very good. It was an average.
