The ticket is very minimal and I don’t remember the exact fare but has to be either 50 or 60₹.I have also attended the puppet show over here which was good, also you can see various artwork galleries inside the place.

One of the best places to experience the traditional art and culture of Rajasthan. The museum is one of its kind showcasing puppet show, indian tradition and folk dances. The ticket price compared to the infotainment that you receive is mind blowing.During my visit, i was lucky enough to see the 10 minutes puppet show and also the 1 hour folk dance and puppet show as well. The ticket price is Rs. 90 for the combo ticket which includes visit to the museum, 10 minutes puppet show and 1 hour folk dance and puppet show combined.

Puppet show followed by Rajasthani tradional dance. Hardly any people to watch the show which might be one of the reason for the missing smile on the Tera Tali ladies and the musicians. Loved the guy playing Jaltarang. I have seen better performances (Dharohar) but for the price its not bad and in the current situation and the lack of appreciation from people towards art I always respect anyone who is keeping the tradition alive. If they read the review and if I happen to be in Udaipur again I will go again and it there are smiles on all faces Ill give 5 stars.

This review is based on the 1 hr show at 6.0pm in their small auditorium. The show is for 1hr, 30 minutes for puppet shows and 30mins for folk dance. It is really a treat for the eyes to watch this show. Puppet show was interesting mainly because you dont get to see that too often. The way each theme or msg is enacted through puppets is amazing and is very colourful. Folk dance part again was very colourful and impressive with very high coordination and skills. There was an amazing dance performance where the dancer had a pyramid of pots placed on a steel tumbler and dancing with grace andfast movements. Really exceptional!
