Worst experience I could ever have and also the worst resort which I wouldnt recommend to anyone. I have pre-booked this earlier and when I went there it was raining and despite being a resort they didnt have any power backup as their electricity wasnt there. And due to that, no lifts were working and no AC in rooms despite paying for it. Rooms were worst and very outdated and untidy. Nor any room essentials were there in the room. Moreover, the staff was rude and one thing I got to know after reaching there is no hot water in the room. They just have hot water between 8-10 which again clashes with breakfast so I dont understand if I am on my vacation then why would I wake up this early. My, I and my friends decided to leave and go to another place to stay. As it was worst. NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE.

I arranged my sons wedding here. Rooms are extremely neat and clean banquet hall is excellent. We enjoyed much here

I went with my family to celebrate festival there was no staff, no restaurant. No power backup for Ac.Swimming pool was too dirtyBeehives are der approx 9-10.Who the hell gave th 4 stars with such third class service. Zero maintenance. Most of the rooms have atleast one issue.

Very poor service. Would not recommend to go there anytime. Only rooms looks good. Breakfast also not too good. Room service is also not done until and unless we tell them to do. Hot water was also not available 24 hrs. One should not keep false expectations. Not the standard which a 4 star hotel should have. Not even a 3 star hotel standard. Also not suitable location wise.

Worst Resort Ive visited till date. Its between Factories, looks like typical old resort and feels unsafe. Bad service, bad breakfast. Even the pool was used by Dogs instead of humans. Dont go there considering the low tariff, not even that worth.

Really it was a good experience to stay in udaipur at cambay resort sure to recommend to others.

We booked cambay resort for destination wedding of my brother in June 2020. We had given a advance of rs 51000 in March 2020 to them.But because of corona restrictions the wedding could not happen as planned. Also cambay was one of the centre for treatment of corona patients They are not ready to refund the booking amount.

Property is good and have a normal view.But room over here are not that good and are not even maintained and service is also very very slow.So if you are going to stay with your friends just party purpose than you can go for it as this property can be budgeted but if you are staying with your family and of want to create good moments with your some one special, i would never in my 7 lifes would recommend you to come to this resort.

Worst experience they cancelled booking after saying yes

We were the only guest when visited even in May. Far away from Udaipur city. Rooms were good, pool was ok, Restaurant was small and ok. Food was average.U can have so many better option nearer to Udaipur City in cheaper rate.

Terrific experience, very bad services and always making excuses whenever we are asking for basic essentials, not worthy hotel. Problematic to commute to the hotel as it is too far from main city Udaipur. Not worth money.

A very cosy place just a bit far away from city. Has very economic budget for stay. It includes all breakfast, lunch and dinner. Service and hospitality was great. Food was also very good. Nothing undercooked or overcooked. Has nice big swimming pool with a mountain at the back of it. Big spacious room. Has a range of amenities too like pool, table tennis etc.

Need a urgent renovation. Of rooms and bathroom ... Staff is very helpful

Terrible experience. Has a spa in name but its not available. You need to pay for gaming area. Far from city. Multiple light cuts. Booked a double room got a room with twin beds. Hot water switched off in the morning, had to wait around an hour for a bath and eventually left without it as were getting late. Food was not good. No experience of a 4 star resort. Do not book.

Too far from city, very narrow road to reach the resort.. Poor service. Restaurant wasnt clean. Not much options in breakfast. Only good thing about the resort is the Pool area , and rooms are spacious with good ambience, but staff is completely non professional. We were allotted the room after a long wait. Better options should be explored within the city.

Essential services are not good

It is called a spa and resort, but spa is not available. Far from the city. Staff not friendly. Kept having light cuts. Amneties not as per a 4 star hotel as publicised. Showers not working properly. Asked for a double room, but it is not a proper double bed. Two single beds have been pushed together, but do not feel like a double bed due to a dip in the center. Will not recommend staying here. Later add on. They switch off hot water and we had to wait for it to be switched on again, this also we got to know after calling multiple times. We ordered breakfast that was also not good.

Resort is located in industrial area, quite far from Udaipur City. Approach is difficult, can be accessed through GPS. Ambience is good, especially during or after rainy season. Swimming pool is located and seen directly from lobby, hence, there is no privacy. Rooms are good but not maintained. Switches are damaged, taps are not working properly.

Small and decent resort in the outskirts of city. I went to attend a marriage in the resort.Getting OLA cab here is really difficult. You have to either ask hotel guys to arrange it for you for which they charge just double of the price.

The Staff is well behaved and helpful, no problems regarding billing etc.About the resort:- Located in a very remote place but not in solitude but in an industrial area 25 km away from city.Materials used for furniture, furnishings and upholstery is of cheap quality.Felt as if being trapped for 3 days.One more thing, very difficult to get app cabs need to go for expensive charters.Overall very low satisfaction ☹️

Needs too much maintenance

This is a good place for total relaxation. All the staff is very polite and courteous. Some facilities like SIP Bar and SPA need to be active all the time. Food is good.

I went here with family and friends. Good property. Specious. Out of city.They are lacking in staff. Poor service.For every problem you mention, they have standard answer sir we do not have enough staff.After we had hot discussion on first day with management, we started getting room service and water served on restaurant table.Very limited choice in menu and drink.I will not visit this place again.

Had a great experience.The staff is phenomenonal very cooperative v nice behaviour.The hotel is also neat and clean,food was very tasty,service was remarkable even my 2 years old child enjoyed a lot.We will come again and prefer every tourist to give a visit to cambay resort.

This was not a traveling visit..it was my cousins marriage there..Here swimming pool was clean and big..service was not up to the mark,quite slow, may be because whole hotel was booked for marriage..view of mountain from swimming pool was awesome, especially during rains..overall it was nice experience..

Cambay Spa is located quite remotely from udaipur city having very rare excess to near by shops including wine and whiskey shops. The hotel is descent to stay however hotel lacks the basic amenities like the hotel didnt provide for shaving kit, dental kit, shoe kit etc. Which are basic necessities for guest. The food was just satisfactory and they refused to serve breakfast after 10. One can find any good hotel and can choose over Cambey.

Worst ever experience. Rooms are not clean, shower is not working, door chain lock not available, fridge not working, mattress not proper, cupboards are full of dust, towels are teared, sofa chair is teared, some wires are broken. Hospitality and room service are very quick. Staffs are supportive. My friend sent me here to explore udaipur and he enforced me to take membership of cambay but Im not going to take now.

The place is good with Natural Hills just adjoining but the gardens are in small size. Rooms are clean and good. Far from city and in the end of Industrial Area Kaladwas.

Way out of city in industrial area. This resort offers an OK experience. The resort needs a lot of maintenance. The rooms are big but washroom have clogged drains. The room service part is a let down. Swimming pool is ok.
