I have worked there and its not too much bad and not too much good. Although I had a conflict with management but its ok to work here. I have seen many negative reviews but the truth is you cannot make your career in customer support or a call center. So, whoever worked in this company they should be thankful and if you get better opportunity you may move. My personal opinion is; the workplace is fine till you perform your work with honesty. Dont be part of politics although supervisors do it but just do your work and go home.

I am so grateful I am working as a part of Pinnacle family. The culture is so positive, caring and cooperative. Even in the pandemic we began to work remotely for the safety of employees. Such a great place to work 😚

The working environment was very peaceful. The management including managers, HR, teamleads and colleagues were great. Never felt that I was working under pressure or out of my will.

The company called me up for an interview. Firstly, I requested them to schedule it on a time that can be a WIN-WIN for both of us, but the HR chose the time of HER OWNERS PREFERENCE.I respected her choice, skipped my office during the break hours, tolerated the traffic, reached their place. THE HR QUEEN, THE MAHARANI, made me wait for half an hour. The lady did not show up!If someone is offering you their time and services, that does not mean that they are FAARIG for you and BEGGING!

Pinnacle Enterprise is a medium level BPO company that is providing good working and friendly environment.Ive been working here since Dec 2018 and till now I have learned a lot and the best thing is job security.I hope this company will grow and achieve pinnacle of success.

Savers.pk is operated by this organization and is an abysmal place for commerce for customers!For the last few days Ive had the misfortune of wasting my time using their shady website (to purchase a phone) and dealing with their incompetent, “customer service“ staff.First off, everything on their website is overpriced. They also claim a lot of lies on their website like “best price guaranteed“ etc. Its hogwash. They cannot promise anything they claim on their website because their vendors scam ppl with excessive markups on products. The website is a scammers paradise.Their customer service is horrendous as well. Most of the time they will ignore your queries about products. They let days pass before they have the decency to answer ONE question. Thats the kind of quality and professionalism you can expect from them.Avoid this website at all costs to avoid headaches and losing money.

Girls and Boys should never work in this company because managers are earning in 6 digits but employees are forced to work overtime to earn as more as possible so that they can buy a flat in creek vista for the extra 2000 to 3000 earned through overtime, no leaves, no bonus, even working on public holidays, late offs, sleep in the office if the second shift is lateManagers have many of the benefits like company maintained car and employees have 2,000 convene allowance only if they use their own convene to come to the office.Managers try to hide and everything secret so that the bosses does not know what the actual problems are, when the employees leave due to frustration, managers happily recruit new staff so that they can waste more company money and time on training them and it kept on going since the company formed back in 2009, managers inform employees not to mention anything by their own in front of the bosses and only speak what managers tells them.Lifting Balls is only to succeed in this company, mark yourself safe while entering the company because your career will be at stake,if you think you can feed your generations to come with only 14000 then go for it and 4000 performance bonus only if you make no mistake in a month (chances of which are like searching a needle in a desert),Girls should never work here as the conditions are not female friendly, only work if you are ugly enough to keep yourself away from tharkees, girls washroom is attached with the conference room, specially designed to keep an eye on girls while they enter and leave washroom,regret every single moment spent there, good luck for your bad experience even in the month of ramazan, they will test your patience,Good luck
