They have indoor and outdoor seatings…we choose indoor because of the humidity. We ordered 2 pizzas but didn’t like any of them.

Its a sweet spot where you can simply spend some time with your friends and dear ones.They have a variety of beverages and food items. Special steaks nd all. And the pizzas were also good.

The place could easily take 50 people at a time. The place have good tasty food. But the rates are a little high. Also the waiting time is too long.The place is great for its ambience and small games they have arranged. Their mojitos are good and they have decent taste pizza, sandwiches and stuff.

Ambience was good. I have ordered a pizza and a lime. Pizza bread was not full cooked even after waiting for one hour and the sad part is that lime was like just a cool water. Place is awsome and food not worth for money. Anyhow u can enjoy the nature of sea breeze and its a nice treat for eyes

Loved cricket shack with the open mic night. Great outdoor seatings . Exemplary Ambience. Good customer service. And the food is somewhat delicious.The cheesy fries was just average since it was not cheesy at all. However the thin crust 12 inch pizza was really good. Also the whole grilled chicken was well cooked with great consistency , however I would recommend to take out the extra saltines of the chicken.

Loved the ambience. It was very nice to have hot coffee with a little cold breeze and drizzle. They have a very good service.Now, they have more items in their menu.When they start their journey one year back, options are limited. Also, when i had food last time, i should say quality become much better.

Beautiful ambience, okay food. Its an engaging and entertaining atmosphere for cricket lovers as they have a huge TV which broadcasts live cricket matches. They also have amazing speakers with deep bass. The outdoor ambience is also great, its cool and the view is amazing at night. The whole place is very photogenic and is wort experiencing. Dont expect much from the food, its average. Youll find better pizzas, pastas, sweet dishes but you wont find such ambience.

Shack concept is gaining slowly its pace in the city, and this one definitely adds the momentum.I think the real shack customer, a lonely soul - with a thick frame of glasses, who comes in with a carefully careless attire, sits a long time with a single dish, digesting the shacks used book collection along with the delicious continental food or just a cup of black coffee - may be that layer will also evolve soon here.Cricket shack has one of the best interiors, a theme based ambience you can get in the city, especially if you are a fan of the game.We ordered the following and the taste was OK, not that up to the mark of some from cafe mojo.. It was a great place to go and it was in the favourite list of Restaurants. But nowadays the food is not coming up to the mark as before. Ordered Vanilla/Chocolate milk shakes and Veg Pizza recently. Trust me, You can really get a better shake from normal juice shops with lesser money. Pizza was also not that much good.2/5 🌟 for Great Ambience.

The view from the cricket shack is really awesome. The main thing that comes to my mind is the view from a cricket shack to the sea. Really beautiful view, we can actually see the coconut trees. The price of food and drinks and not much expensive. And the interior of the cricket shack is well maintained and beautiful. They really concentrated on the Indian cricket histories, photos and they displayed the old cricket bat.

Our first visit to cricket shack was a while back.. but now i was a little disappointed due to the long waiting for food till eternity.. and i had a terrible experience with tiny little ants running all over my table.. food was good, tasty and service was good too.. if any one from cricket shack are reading this review please make sure to do the light arrangements a little bit higher out of the face because we become almost blind after our dinner.. and get rid of the insects soon ...

They have a great ambience, with the cricket-based theme and outdoor seatings.. This is definitely a good place to have a romantic date or to hang out with your friends.. Their pizzas are decent, but the service is really bad and some of the dishes are a bit overpriced..

I like this place. Food is great. A bit on the expensive side but a lovely ambience. We went during their Italian festival. And it was totally memorable. Food takes time as it is freshly prepared. But its worth the wait.

One of the best restraunt near technopark. The vibes amazing. Its a terrace place and youd love a evening over here.The whole place is cricket themed with a open mic stand named Sachin Tendulkar stand and many other epics to capture some good pictures with.

If u have a pretty good vocal among Ur pals should go there and njoy their voice in eminent Ambience. Good service and good at helping us to know what we need. The place is great. Great ambience. Food is superb. The rate mentioned on their menu are inclusive of GST(yaay). If you are from a rich family, or your family doesnt care if you are spendthrift or you have a job, you will defenitely want to visit the place again and again. Well, even if you are not any of the above mentioned, you will want to visit this place more and more because everything here is, simply put, awesome. A wonderful restaurant near technopark. 5 star for the ambiance and service. You should try the open terrace part of the restaurant. The seating arrangement is unique. Live music is also there in the evening. Food spread if w good, but very less in veg part. Price is ok for that level restaurant.Pizza is cheap compared to Dominos and Pizza hut. You will get large veg for 250.Average cost for a couple comes around 600.Staff behavior is excellent. 20 mins usual wait is there for the preparation.

Cricket Shack used to be my favourite place and it used to give outstanding tasty dishes which was worthy for the price. But now they produce the worst service and the food tastes really bad. These tasteless food are so expensively priced and it also gives a great deal of dissatisfaction in spending so much for a small tasteless dish. Their pizza before was the best and we never used to get bored of its taste. But now the pizza is like cheese filled on top of small chappathi. Go ahead and see for yourself. Definitely not worthy!

An amazing place. This place is different from most of the cafes/restaurants in Trivandrum. The restaurant is situated on the 5th floor of a commercial building. U get a picturesque view of rural Trivandrum and the neatly drawn Trivandrum bye-pass highway. The ambience here is mind-blowing as well.Also about the food, believe me its tasty.There are no separate washrooms for the two genders. Also, washrooms were not well maintained.

Sept 2019 - updating rating from 1 to 4. I have been ordering from them again and they have changed the packaging. Pizzas are among the best in town.Below is the experience I have had earlier, please excuse the impulsive rant!Ive been to Cricket Shack couple of times. The attitude was good when they started. But they have gone rude over the past year.Ive ordered Pizzas from them via Swiggy more times that I visited. The quality degraded progessively order after order. In the beginning they used to use mozzarella cheese in the bbq chicken pizza - tasty and stretchy. Frm the past 2-3 months it has been regular cheese.Today I received the 9 pizza in a thin cake box. Photos attached for reference. Thanks to the Swiggy boy who waited there for 46mins (i tracked this) and delivered safely even though the box was too large for 9pizza. It was sliding around the box when i took delivery.When i opened the box, SOMEONE STAMPED on the inside of box with their foot (photo attached). Disgusting. I had to throw it away. God knows at what environment they make pizza. This box was clearly lying around on the ground and someone stamped in it. The one who packed noticed (its that obvious) and did bot bother to do anything about it. Perhaps as this was an online oder they care less.Cricketshack, your customers are not idiots. People understand the effort that goes into making food and appreciate it where its due. They are even better to nit pick you when you err, even if its a small mistake. And that bad impression lasts. Like forever. Your chef is good, the food is tasty. I get the feeling your management is hopeless. Goodbye.
