Best place, good staff, well behaved

Complex of 30 40 buildings, peaceful location, societies are around 15 yrs old, some of building doesnt have stilt parking.Other amenities like swimming pool gym is not available currently but with upcoming new buildings it is proposed.

Nice place ....variety of food available ....contains very tasty .....Delicious and some amazing combinations of snaks....Drinks.....A perfect place for youngsters....Nice space with privacy.Make us feels comfortable..........Non veg food with veg food ....Famous for chicken burger and fries.....Reallly good taste......Will want to go every weekend.....or when free....Staff is nice......And pays nice attention....to their customers.Make waiting time less even after many orders to deliver...

I visited last night here and expected some security check before I would have been allowed to enter the premises to see my friend.Security guy was least bothered about whoever was moving on to the building.Street are not well constructed or maintained.

This society is placed at Desia village far from Dombivali station. Over all its quite and good to stay. Basic shops are available here.

Visited a friends place found the place to be a bit laid back need your on transport to move around if your planing to rent or shift. has a been of a view but due to quick development in the surrounding wont be long before it disappears.

Located at Kalyan - Shilphata Road. Easy transport to Dombivali by share Auto. Old building but society has started painting now so not that bad. There are no modern amenities though.

Nice and quite living place. Though some amneties yet not provided. Situated on Dombivali Vashi road. Panvel is also nearby. If one has vehicles , life is easy. All MIDC near. Cons- no MBBS DOCTOR, TRAFFIC, NO EBJOYMENT BUT EXPERIA MALL IS 5 MIN REACH.

Neat and clean complex very peaceful

Society is located on Kalyan-Shilphata Raod and you will find sharing Auto towards this society from Dombivli East Railway station. Society is good but buildings are old. New phase and buildings are getting developed and even school is also getting developed. Rent is cheap per month. Also, this society is near to Palava City and Xperia Lodha Mall is near to this with 1 km distance.You will find public transport and shared transport for travelling to Dombivli and Navi Mumbai but usually Kalyan-Shilphata Raod towards Navi Mumbai is congested during peak hours and even towards Dombivli is also congested with traffic.

Society with lots of trees. Buildings are not that good. Rent is very low. 1BHK for 4500 INR PM. 2BHK is 6000 INR PM. Near to Lodha palawa. Experia mall is 2 at 2 minutes distance. Good society for family. Bechelors are not allowed.

Connectivity is good and it is central place if you want to go Thane,dombivali,kakyan,panavel or Vashi
