It is a commercial complex made by LODHA. Beautifully designed from outside and inside. A very spacious campus design which catches the eye. Creates an excellent working environment. There are multiple MNC companies in this building more of them being engineering companies or IT company. Viviana mall is at the door steps of the building gate so thats an added advantage.

Most beautiful structure of lodha group.One of the most business cooperative area in thane city. Only thing is that this area is far away from station. You can get ola and bus from station. Traveling is very hard. Security is high level. Your photos and number is taken while entry. You get otp on number. Then after that you get entry slip. Food is very expensive here.

Many offices here.Good and peaceful location.Not much options to eat nearby.Viviana Mall is walking distance.Guest parking count is too low (my be 3-4 per company) given that there are so many companies and people will keep visiting.Offices space is good.Smoking zone made in the right side, but employees who come out to smoke throw things on ground even when there are multiple bins provided, but no strict actions being taken. So can say security is very lenient for this case.Garden area to walk and refresh is there.Overall a nice place to work.

Its a commercial high rises tower which have many corporates inside situated beside Viviana mall and on the way to TCS office. Very well maintained and clean and corporate atmosphere. One can find a lot of variety of snacks and refreshment items outside it.

I liked the campus. Its clean, the crowd is good & the gardens are well kept. Also it houses some really good companies to work with.

I was there for there for a short time about a week for project purpose. Its an excellent place for medium to large scale IT companies, and I think there are some other companies other than IT as well. There are 8 elevators in all the building. Stairway are present but only used during emergency exits. No centralized canteen present inside, but fortunately there is a mall called Viviana nearby about 5 mins walk and it offers alot of eateries.

One of the most famous corporate building in Thane. It is located behind Viviana mall. The disadvantage of the location is the approach to the building has very narrow road due to which it is always or most of the times jammed.

I think lodha Techno Campus is the place I had my office for nearly 2 years. Its located right at Thane. The office is well maintained and is accessible from many places. Viviana mall is just a 2 mins walk away from this place. Theres a good street just opposite to the campus where most of the employees enjoy their afternoon meal. The parking, garden, lounges are quite good. There are ATM and other facilities too. Very nice place to setup your office.

Excellent infrastructure for business and IT farms. Good parking space and security services. Adjacent to the popular Viviana mall. Though it’s a good building, it lacks better approach roads.

Its basically a commercial complex with each floor being occupied by different firms. Podium area is constantly buzzing with different vehicles/autos moving in and out. Its has a parking facility but is available for people working there and you need to have a sticker on your vehicle for parking else youll be penalized. Keep this in mind before parking.

Very big campus I would say.Placed in the centre of the city and easy to commute all over Thane. Just one entry which is a big draw back. Too crowded and often leads to traffic chaos during peak hours.If you are here for a visit or an interview you need to take a visitors pass (Photo ID) at the entrance.Floors having occupied so many IT, engineering & finance companies, which provides job opportunity for thousands of people.Multi level car parking is very well planned and maintained.

Of the class of Nirlon and other IT parks in Goregaon. Amazing infrastructure with great security forces. Ample number of elevators and good ventilation. The park has ample greenery around it and inside the park, which adds a nice look to it. The Parking is in the basement for those who work in the Park and also on the ground level for those who visit the Park for Official Meetings. It is just behind Viviana Mall and maybe a bit tedious to locate it, but right now the road widening work is in progress so it wont be much of a hassle to locate it in the near future.

Its close to Eastern express highway. If you have your vehicle then it is easy to travel, but if you are using public transport then it wont be easy to commute. Distance from nearest railway station is long and you my be required to use rickshaw or bus. The goderj facility is good and structure looks beautiful and simple.
