I bought two jeans of Lee brand both super comfortable and quality each of inr 4000.00 total of 8000 inr I got 50% off on total that is only 4000 for two jeans.

Not a good collection at the time of writing this review. Went to buy jeans and was not satisfied. The staff was polite and helpful though.

Worst experience with brandfactory yesterday I had purchased 4 kurtis for around 5k however now the kurtis colour is coming out. Thay sales person sais mam I am taking the guarantee colour will not come out. But I think brandfactory people are looting us. Kindly assist me into this. I think the road side people are better then brandfactory atleast they are serving us in better way and even the price is cheap. I want my products to be exchange or refund. Otherwise will never go for brandfactory and will suggest my friend and family to never go for brandfactory.

Sometimes you will get very exciting prices in branded cloths.very cheap price in branded products

It has many brands for men , women & also for kids like Nike , Adidas , Reebok , jm sports, Buffalo, Jack and Jones, zara, peter England, Lee Cooper & Levis etc.But ,its not the huge. But its good for everyone. who wants to Shop everytime at upto 50% off .

One have to be alert and careful while billing. They really dont pass on the discounts which are announced.

This outlet of brand factory offers limited variety as compared to its other outlets this was little disappointing. The lift is also very small and very few people can manage to get in even the ground floor platform of the lift is not safe for elders. The staff is good. The discount offers are great but the variety is so limited and average that you feel its not the best buy. Overall not a good shopping experience. You also have to struggle for parking outside.

Visited this place yesterday and found that they are hardly adhering the Covid rules. Outside the changing/trial rooms on the second floor they have placed a poster advising to put the clothes in the quarantine bin after trying them on. To my surprise when I asked the executive about the quarantine bin he said we dont have it. If such big brands dont adhere with the rules then what can we expect from the small players?
