In light of pandemic, they have took these unique measures to prevent the propagation of virus.Also note they dont allow outsiders park inside the premises without an email.

The place I go for work.. its too far from Thane railway station, and the buses aint on time as well.What u can do is get a sharing auto or can go by meter as well.The inside of the office is good. Has a canteen, which is super affordable. The security is good. Wont allow you without an ID.The only thing they have washrooms only on 5th and 10th floor.There no other place down here🥲🥲

Good ambience ! People are all busy over here related to work. Security is very nice.

Large office spaces are available. Construction is okay. But the maintenance is poor. Power backup is main issue and Lifts are of bad quality. Lifts struck up and black out the backup here is manual and the security is not alert/equipped to handle emergency.

Nearest station to reach this place is Thane. You need to take an exit from the west side of Thane station. Sharing rickshaws are available to reach to this place. One needs to ask for Waghle estate Road number 16 auto as different sharing autos are available for different areas. People will help you out for the sharing richshaw which takes you to Waghle estate Road number 16. Within 20 minutes one can reach road number 16. From there one needs to walk for around 10-15 minutes to reach this place from Road number 16 stop.

When you mange to park, Nitin Company RTO comes and takes your vehicle claiming parked in non parking zone... Where in you have to pay 300rs charges for that. So if you are paying visit to Ashar IT keep 300 rs extra along with you
