I would suggest them to keep bonus discount for regular clients.Talking of the price range and designs, they are variable and introduces new designs every month. The designs are good i agree. But as soon as you have any problem with the outfit once it is made they do not entertain you. While selling they are the most sweetest staff. But once order is taken they do not entertain any of outfit concerns especially when it is of big wrk for them afterwards. My outfit color was different than what i had ordered and they just kept trying to convince me rather than solving any of my concerns.

Sales executive Vinita P, Ratna and Shrutika showed collections with extreme patience.General Happiness Index of the staff is praiseworthy as if they are the owners themselves.Staff is courteous and hospitality to the customers is fantastic.You have to book your slot for the visit to the store in advance. I havent seen in my entire life that visit to a female/male wear shop asking for advance booking.Despite all this, rates are quite reasonable !!Kudos to the owner and entire team !!

Its a wonderful experience to shop at Tulsi studio. The ambience is wonderful, the staff are so loving , helpful and make you feel so comfortable.

We have had worst experience here. Their management and coordination is completely off track. We had booked our appointment for 9 am and were on time. But we got in at around 10 am (that too after number of follow ups)! Their designers also not very well trained (We had clearly explained our choice but still the kind of dresses they were showing were completely opposite) and there was lack of coordination there too. Zero customer service. Not at all recommended.
