Very good residential project by Kalpataru group. Good amenities and facilities. Still under construction in some areas but usually kept well. Building plan and layout is good. Very well thought out. Overall a good experience.

Very good atmosphere,Very good infrastructure,Expecting lot more facilities in future.At present bus connectivity is there.Road widening is also started.More open spaces with children play grounds with gardens around the premises are good looking.

Sunrise i.e (Phase 1) is a good project. From residing point of view, one has to wait for Phase 2 and 3 to be completed, than the entire project will have a life. Thane station is 8 kms and metro may take another 4 years. One needs to plan accordingly. If its investment than one has to keep in mind that there are many other better asset class apart from residential real estate.

Tenants need to pay extra 25 thousand rupees for using clubhouse facilities such as gym.

We r residing in kalpataru sunrise since 2months. Even after 5months of possession, its like residing in under construction building. Housekeeping staff frequently goes on strike as they dont get salarys leading to unhygienic living conditions.For AC drainage pipe, hole is provided at same level in all rooms by kalpataru designers. So if you have to install in AC in any room, it will charge you 17-18k for copper wire. Also due to same level of pipe, water drainage is a big problem.Flooring sounds hollow at many places.No facia patti is provided to kitchen platform front face. Threshold Patti not provided to bathroom doors leading to spilling out the water.In passage, lighting are not working. So there is complete blackout.The location of external video door phone device is kept in such a way by the designers, that if you provide safety door, it fouls with the device.Amenities like indoor games, open gym is yet not functional.Inauguration of Grand Central park is also one of biggest fake promise made by the kalpataru group during booking.

This project is good but facility management is a big letdown. Nothing works over here. List of issues is endless and nothing gets resolved.There are major design and ergonomics goof ups - AC drain slope error, video phone installation is ergonomically incorrect, no facia and threshold provided. Tiles work is of poor quality giving hollow sound. PSIPL s housekeeping is not upto mark. Its 5 months since possession and you still get a feeling of residing in under construction property. Facility management is not experienced. In many common area, there is no proper lighting. Even after 5-6 months of possession, many amenities are not yet working.This is not expected of kalpataru with all the brand name permium that is charged by them.

I stay with my family in kalpataru sunrise from past 4 months.This project and rest project will be a bad choice for people who are planning to buy..All seniors and higher authorities have given all false commitment with regards to ameneties infrastructure etc,nothing is upto the mark.Rude staff of psipl (handling agency of kalpataru project),least bothered crms and higher officials,no power facility in early mrng,full black out till main gate,gate staff full arrogant.Lots and lots of issue keep coming in this project.Just be care in investing this projects of kalpataru in kolshet rd.

Terrible finishing. No provision for ACs in so called premium apartments. Whole house needs external piping for AC. Pipes running in all rooms make the house ugly.

Good place for a residence option.. purchasefrom the builder should be avoided, will make it bitter.

A peaceful place with all amenities & one of the great residential complex in Thane city. Wonderful place to live.
