A very cheap gimmick to attract buyers of apartments under the guise of bungalows. The clubhouse is part of an existing residential bungalows, which have been sold more than 7-8 years ago. It used to be in a isolated place next to Sanjay Gandhi National park. The surrounding area is now witnessing some development and the developers have come up with a novel idea of encashing on the past development of the property and advertising it as Bungalow living in Thane. However what they are offering is just an apartment which is co-located with bungalows and share some amenities.
