Its been 2 weeks but still I havent received my package when I call no one picks it up. Literally the worst service. I guess they just sleep in there and dont do anything ( not even give updates ) .

Staff is polite and helpful despite coronavirus outbreak they were working on 1st may 2021.

Pathetic service....they will not deliver the registered parcel at your place...when called in office no one picks a call....myself have to go to office and pay for non delivered parcel...they do this all time.... I am fed up of postal services...its not a service but a headache

Try to semd ayurvedic medicine tablets , needs so many documents, dr advice, purchase advise, and so on . While other courrier company only ask to open packet and just mention medicine. Govt promoting use post office but this type of behaviour !!!!!!!

There is no system for que. Ladies take disadvantage of being a lady.que for senior citizen, though mentioned is not allowed by the ladies. Complaints are unheard.
