Im giving them a two star for their kind service. This is my first experience with this brand and Im not really happy with the purchase.Ive purchased a wedges for myself. For almost a three hours Ive worn those on me and it hurted my toes and ankles so badly, dont want to even remember that pain.Definitely Im not suggesting this brand nor Im going to purchase it again. I simply felt that it doesnt fit well and it does not gives you a comfy feet.

The sandals bought from this store always caused painful blisters and shoe-bite despite wearing several times. The store people said they cant do anything and we should apply vaseline to soften the shoe. It didnt work! Im never buying anything from Charles and Kieth again!!

Charles & keith is a class apart.It has the most elegant and sophisticated collection of handbags.Although it is a bit expensive than others it is something to really own.

Really horrible experience. Had got shoes and it worn out in few months. Have given my rshoes for repair since 2 months and no reply yet. the staff does not even reply. so difficult to reach them too
