Got a black watch on 7th of Sept but within few days the colour of Black watch was getting fade so spoke to the same store and Milan a store manager was so soft spoken humble with a very deep thought he has directly given me a replacement and he was so good he has won a customer heart with 100% customer satisfaction and I want he should be not suffer or bear the damage of the watch which was already a company default kudos to the Fastrack store in Thane west near station I would always recommend all of them to try from this store you will be definitely satisfiedGood job Milan Patel keep up the good work

I m asking at counter for existing bill but the guy who is sitting at counter is handling only there staff only. When I asked why he is not entertaining clinet he said he is putting my request in system. I dont know waht type of system is there where he required more than 15 minute time to request. He is not resolve my query after 15 min also but he handling more that 5 staff members in front of me.Giving again and again system issue.

Because fasttrack is a good brand. Too much verity of watches. Price range is also good.

All the staff including the store manager cannot manage the store.Its better to buy from viviana mall.They are only interested if you buy new things.They dont entertain repairs and accessories purchase.Very poor service

Less variety in womens sunglasses. But I got nice for my mom. Also responsible price but they all are only UV protected not polarized.
