What is wrong with you people? If you dont want to make an order through then dont take it. Thank you for ruining my parents anniversary. You dont send in a cake cutting knife as well. It looks like the person just threw the cake on the cardboard because the cake is poking out of the cardboard. You lost a customer and every person who will be coming to this party because they will in person see your grand service.

They are one of the best cake makers..You can also get specially customised cake..

Sorry to say R&B, u r brand only for readymade cake, on 1st Birthday of my daughter i have order photo cake for 3 kg, R&B badly surprise me when i have received my pre order cake. photo was printed only on haft size of cake remaining is totally blank. Just like home made creme cake. This time totally disappointed by Ribbon and balloon. It is not trusted brand for our special day.

Dont order them.. We have ordered the cake on my daughters 1st birthday.They said they will deliver it by 11.45..we were waiting with all decoration but they didt deliver ..called them many times ,texted them but they didnt reverted.. Very next day when i called.. they said sorry as they sold reserved cake to their regular customer. This is how they do with the new customer ... Pls dont trust them they do not have ethics in their bussiness..
