Peaceful society to say in . I have been staying year for 5 years now... I like the way things are managed here

Hi all this is through our personal experience ..presently staying there In TULIP bldg...facing huge problem with water supply almost twice a week.Complained to officials but no response after paying so much of money we are struggling for basics like water ..people are not even ready to call for tankers when there is poor tmc water supply...god knws y...On top of that thing to be mentioned is.. that there is no provision given for storage to put water tank or smthg bcz there is no space for loft in flats given at al.very shameful for such a big brand..so pls think wisely before investing here..ITS A BIG NAME WITH FAKE PROMISES AND INFRASTRUCTURE/FACILITIES

Good community. 2 BHK aprrox is 16 K RS rent...

Dont buy waste of money. Its better to spend money in others project

Does not deserve even single star! builder is minded with religious discrimination, which ultimately takes a toll over humanity and good section of people who just wish to live with peace and harmony and be a helpful hands for others neighbouring people. Really a shamful society if so formed..

Calm society with peaceful surroundings and good people. Not much noise around the area. Useful amenities with more coming up. Homes are moderately sized but have no problems regarding leakage and other such stuff. Ample parking space for two/four wheelers. Lots of place to walk around and for kids to play. No water issues.All kinds of resourceful places like medical, grocery, supermarket and general stores are just a ten minute walk away. Hospitals and petrol pump nearby. More than three schools in the vicinity and excellent connections to the main road, so no issues in commute. All in all, it’s an excellent place to live.

Not got enough info..sales person providing bit kind of info and even asked basic query but look like he is not interested to sell as no basic information is provided which is very much needed.

Very good project with close proximity to highway. Location is good. Peaceful environment. Good connectivity.

A very well planned project with lots of amenities with state of art club house,n proper garden fr childerns with beautiful layout of the flat with proper vastu, no wastage, proper sapce for ventilation,ample car parking spaces.Near by mall, cinema house, hotels, mcd etc....school college hospitals also close by, with ample sources of transportation to every corner of mumbai n thane.Overall A beautifully planed n developed project

Good residential complex. Well built with all the amenities for residents.

A great society for family. Very close to Ghodbunder highway and beautifully constructed. Very close to Hypercity mall, D mart etc. And good hospitals are also nearby

Very well designed society and nicely constructed towers, away from the hustle bustle of the city no sound pollution and very peaceful place. I found the staff to be very courteous and with a smiling face. Keep it up and I could have also given 5 Stars but for my next visit. Keep it up and all the best, With Good Wishes Kanu Adalja

Executed with a remarkable finesse..Approachable road will be more wide when the DP road is going to be more of frequented...Actual wall to wall carpet is visibly less...

Ok but very busy

We came over here before few years and had an excellent review of the construction and the management. the kind of events that are held and the resolution of issues was ok until last dec .but suddenly water crisis has eaten up all the good name that builder has earned over the years. people over here are in a total mess due to water crisis and there is nothing wotsoever being done to resolve the problem..credibility that DSS earned seemed to have been diminishing since last few months.. people are literally suffering the water problem and there are days that we have passed without a drop of water...hence i would not recommend unless the water crisis is resolved...

Builder sells flats on religious grounds and lot of water problems....

Better and maintained amenities compared to other residential complex.

I own a flat at Maple Mahavir kalpavruksha.The maintenance is being managed by the builder as the society has still not been formed.The facility manager is rude and takes ages to resolve small issues.there is a permanent water crisis here.Regret purchasing this property and would not recommend it to anyone
