I personally found that carpet area is comparatively less and very intelligently glasses have been put in show flat so very difficult to judge the exact area. Also we have been told that all are sold except floor 1,2 & 3 ( status on Dec 2020)

Seems to be a unprofessional behaviour , think twice invest . I have very bad experience with this project. It is agree that they have prime location but building and construction quality seems not to be that standard.

Attitude was the issue...... Guess they dont want sale to people who really want to buy...Their loss
