Good locality. Pricing is little bit higher but worth as project is located in Vasant vihar which not much crowded area and peaceful. Overall good experience. Hope for the timely possession which seems realistic. Sagar is best sales person I came across.

We booked flat in covid ( Sept-20) when tower B was having only 7 floors built now at the end of April21 tower B has reached 27-28 floors. Construction pace seems good .. Sales person Sagar and Relation Manager Manisha is cooperative. Excited to experience Alexa home. Would like to review overall experience again after possession.

They will call you to visit the property and then the only option in inventory left with them is the first and last floor. Anybody planning to visit, should note this.FYI...this post is being written when there is a sales office for Ashar edge

The location of this residential complex is good,but the flats are way too small ,especially 1 bhk and even 2 bhk look extremely compact

Prime location with availability of all day to day requirements at walking distance. Pace of construction is good so far despite the lockdown. Flats are compact in design so suitable for nuclear families.

This is an under construction project. Work progress seems on schedule even after the challenges faced in the pandemic. Location is the USP.

Just ok.

Project seems good. I guess that is all that matters. The design of the house is super optimal. You can take this design as the benchmark while your search for houses in budget. The brochures printed were horrible. Hence the reduction in stars. They did not have proper pictures as well as a readable layout.

The Sales Manager is not at all interested is selling or marketing the flats to prospective buyers. Nobody was there in entire sales area to attend us. We were made to wait for 15mins in poorly ventilated sales area (AC was not put on). Thereafter sales person came and instead of offering us form to fill, asked us whether you have filed form. He was throwing attitude and instead of showing sample flat and giving information and details about flats / project was dissuading us by saying possession ek saal baad milega toh chalega na and humare pass itne budget ka flat hai, chalega na. Atleast show me the thing and its worth you have put up for sale, then I would decide whether to pay you that price for it. It appeared they dont want to sell flats and hence walked off from there.

Fraud people!!! Sales person Yogesh Jadhav and Nilesh Ibrampurkar will go to any level to fool you! They give false promises and then they deny that they said it and will make you wrong!!! Dont trust these guys...they are Ultra Legends in fooling people! First only 2-3 rooms will be available for discounted rates! And all the rooms will be sold out except 1-5 floors! But when you will seat with them and show interest, suddenly some top floor person will cancel the room and you will have no option other than that 1 cancelled room and they will say you have to pay booking amount now or it will be given to anyone who comes next! I have booked and cancelled my booking next day due their attitude and fraud!! #beaware!!

The sample flat seems smaller than mentioned in brochure . Hope so the original flat would be more specious as per agreement. And its hardly 590-595 sq ft. But in broshure it mentioned as 653sq ft.
