They have promoted their projects by putting up huge hoarding boards where they have given tag lines such as ‘get your dream home now’, however when you show interest in their project and visit the site you get an answer stating that we don’t sell flats to muslim. Being in 20th century where India is celebrating its independence as a secular nation, such developers shouldn’t be a part of such nation. Please state widely on your hoardings that you do not welcome muslim investors.

The city is calm and standard place to live a peaceful life. It is not chaotic like other places in Mumbai. All the facilities are near by.

As for locality, its good. But the construction done, is not upto mark. In just few months, there are cracks on Wall, paints coming out. I dont think, u can trust on the project. As for the agarwal, there previous projects construction are good, but not this one. Also, they r not ready to make any repair. Think thousand times, before buying property here.

Hope with coming poll election people would demand municipal water to trade in election. People have bought flats for investment, theyve rented them too. Theres no racism, casteism or class basis discrepancy in the society. Virar is improvising. If ones planning to migrate to Virar from X place he should choose this area as its posh, feels upper market, lifestyle is awesome. Famous superette are nearby, fast food corners, chinese corners etc. There is biggest college of Vasai-Virar. Different schools having different boards. NH 48 is accessible. Theres theme park known as Yazoo park. One can avail filtered water at cheap rates. Security is good. Theres waiting room, guest room for visitors.
