First of all ,directly says there are no flats of 1bhk, when inquired more says yes but possession aft 3 yrs, wherein we already saw the sample flats and the building structure which was almost done...And worst part says I only have 2 bhks now that the price quoted I was shocked 😱97 lacs ..how can a man quote 64 lacs for 1bhk to 97lacs for 2 bhks. That too carpet area of 500plus.. I understand sales techniques but this was pathetic .... And the joke is while leaving he says 2bhk chahiye toh bolo ...I felt like giving one and move

Only buy if you want to loose money with them. the entire group is untrustworthy now . the real owner was Harshad bhai who built this business with his hard work and honesty but when he died all his wealth is being misused by 3 notorious persons , 3 brothers keeps on fighting with each other everyday for money. each one of them is wolfish. ?they have cheated many buyers and have settled issues behind closed doors,hurting the buyers badly.?they played many tricks with Ravi Developers to increase personal profits....earlier PNK was going to develop a project which is now called The Address. it was USD trick which led to infighting between strawberry and PNK. due to which they themselves got this project. if properly investigated many skeletons will come out into the open.?Bharat Bhai is a honest person and holds a good reputation, but soon he will realize that he had done partnership with snakes of high grades....who will dupe him as soon as they gets a chance...?even in his project these guys are minting money personally.?many brokers will come to speak favorably for them since they pay 2-5% commission on each deal to the brokers, so if anyone is willing to loose money they must buy homes from them..... or its better to stay away.... if prices increase you will never get your home. also they will add many other charges at the time of delivery, they will somehow try to create dispute and then make you suffer..... ?please beaware of such builders....?a very honest person who have been cheated by them, i have seen him praying daily and regularly to the god that all these 3 brothers must bite the dust. i hope the god listens to his prayers some day soon.... Unique Shanti Developers has become a robbers paradise. Harshad bhai expired. After that Kunal Doshi and others have started just concentrating on making profits. Quality of work has gone down with no balcony and no open space. Every space is charged and asked in black. Loading has increased to 40% - 45%. This is day light looting in name of Harshad bhai. All work is not supervised and given to third party contractors. They are playing with people emotions. From small cars to driving BMW GTs..it shows how they are making money from hard earned money of middle income class people. If they continue this practice, their downfall is guaranteed. But now a days builders dont have emotions. In name of loading, super build up, people are royally looted.
