Shopkeeper permanently block entries, besides it the frontages ,non Stop 2 wheelers, rikshaws, break no entry , parking, mechanical work done on road with the blessings of Babubhai petrol pump, The RTO ,The Municipal corporation and more why should people pay road tax , municipal tax for what ???Jai maa dakhin kaali.

Went to Bajaj office on 2nd floor. No parking facility. Vehicle can be towed anytime.

While coming from station, the rickshaw shouldnt cost you more than 25 to 30 rs.Parking can be a problem here. Also there are a lot of rickshaws and cars parked right outside the gate.. on the road. Watch out for the vehicles coming on the road as there remains very less space to walk outside this building.Many other famous places in Thane are closer to this building like the Korum and Viviana malls, ghodbunder road, talaopali, court Naka etc.
