Totally rude attitude. I was about to post it on social media. Generally here people are invited without which you cannot go. So there was a lady who called us, we went there and they were like who are they. We said we were called etc. They made us sit and suddenly the same receptionist came up to us and said the starting range is 15 cr. We were so annoyed that is it to insult people. Its like only if u can afford we will show u. So there is absolutely no customer service. People or judged on their bank account kinds. We were wanting to see the flats which I am sure were not 15 cr and we would have afforded. Well but bank account of people are more important in this organization. For customer service I would give them a negative marking.

2 bhk is ok. But 3 bhk is excellent. Rate a bit on higher side. But facilities provided are good.

Located very close to Tikuji ni wadi and with backdrop of hills the ambience is quite peaceful. They got great facilities. With decent roads now, its easy to reach this location but if one plans to stay here and drive regularly to work in Mumbai, then I would recommend to avoid but if you want a peaceful environment in the city perimeters then one can think about this project

Luxury project, great view

The view of yeoor hills from the balcony was a treat for my eyes. Its a nice project.

It is one of the Best places I have seen. It is 34-acre estate with 70+ Bungalows already completed and occupied. There is a natural water stream flowing through the project so its seems like Resort. There are many Fully grown trees of Mango, Chiku, Coconut and other trees with flowers. One need to visit it to belive it. Cost is little premium.

They call rooms of 7×10 and 10×9 luxury, worse even they are terming this as bungalow living. Advertising has really become a mockery now. Hope consumers read this and understand true value of money

I had visited this place yesterday. Sales executive wasnt even willing to show the flat. She was asking what my budget was so that she could show the flat otherwise its a waste of her time. I told her that budget is an altogether different thing and that i first need to see the flat to decide whether it was worth the price but she didnt budge. I am surprised that they have such an attitude in the current scenario. Also the 1.85cr all inclusive ads that they have placed outside their project is an old one as per her and is no longer valid. She said they would be removed soon. Doesnt seem reliable overall.

Luxury in own

These guys are kind of misleading with the property name - Sky Bunglows and their broucher where individual villas has been shown.When we visit the actual site, there are ~50 villas already occupied, now they have constructed apartments on the place given as amenities to Villa people and they claim that apartments which are above 30th floor are SkyBunglows - i think they dont know the definition of bunglow. Also talking about sharing the amenities/place...blah blah between villas and apartments.Kind of cheating the prospect buyers...!!! God help them.

A beautiful place to live in when in thane

Builder is primarily cashing the ready existing amenities which are used by approx60 bangalows (which are already there). Salesman is too rude and they are just there with their machine to take your deposit money. Everything presented is so hunky dory that you may have a feeling of wow at first glance but I observed lack of transperancy and they became really annoyed if customer enquires too much about details. Pls do a double check and dont just get overwhelmed by whats presented. Caution!!
