Nice complex. Little far and one needs a vehicle to go here. The building is good, though looks dated. Spacious homes, I went to my friends 2bhk flat. Lot of noise pollution due to nearby construction of buildings and metro and residual noise from vehicles, trucks on the road

The construction quality of these (4) 30 floored buildings is the best in the whole of Thane. The residents here are quite friendly who always help each other. The podium with all the liberal facilities is one more feather in the hat of Parkwoods. Also, the parking area is well maintained. Each and every festival is celebrated with pomp and blissful joy. In addition to all these facilities, the DMart store is just convenient for all the ladies to shop-in..

Seperate parking lots, club house with different indore games,library,community hall etc.Great swimming pool is here at the lap of nature.It has a big garden for joggers and walkers.Kids play area also designed very nicely.Altogether staying here is a great experience.

Very far from Thane station , took 30 minutes to travel from Thane to Kasarvadavali . No shops and ATMs nearby you need to again walk 30 mins for ATMs and any shops nearby. No a good place to live rent is almost 30k for 3 bhk apartment. Not a good area to live.

This is Residential complex in kapurbawdi area with gated security and has all modern amenities. This is multi storey building with breezy environment.Euro School ICSE is just 1 km away from the complex. Multi specially hospital is around 2-4 km .Dmart is just a stone throw away distance from the complex.Ghodbunder road is just 300 meters awayRoads leading to complex are currently dugged up hence difficult for driving.Since Dmart is at the entrance of road, during rush hours the road is blocked mostly at weekends.

The society was considered to be above average society but its more than worst.....this was originally under DB reality but went into legal dispute and was sold to three other builders the last one was aniline construction....due to change of so many ownership the finishing of the society is shabby and pathetic.If you stay there you will realise that problems like power shut, water problem are a regular feature for which the solution is none as the so called secretary is not at all dynamic. After so many years of existence they dont have sufficient water connection as everyday there is a tanker that fills in water tank of society.The plaster made to construct the building is so low quality that during rainy season you can see water leaking in your room.There is a lot of differentiation treatment between tenant and house owners, tenants are treated worst without any support.While you view the society it looks fab but once u start staying in u will realise that its not worth....I stayed there and it was a nightmare for me.
