Very nicely made and well maintained compound. I will suggest go for this compound for having warehouse, manufacturing unit of SME, etc. Very near to thane and Nashik highway. Transport facility is also accessible at any time. Labour needed facility are also taken care.

Best place to setup the business. No worry of traffic it starts pretty much ahead from here. LOW RENT so can get a good deal. Must negotiate. Access to Gujarat highway, Nasik highway and Mumbai highway.

The industrial compound has very big shops that is the plus point of that compound.But the water drainage facility is not properly designed,during monsoon heavy rain for half hour makes the compound filled with sewage water, chemicals which are eliminated by various companies located in the complex, even the water for daily usage is bitter which is its drawback.Still there are companies viz cipla, mechanical, textiles machines manufacturing companies,tvs tyres companies, AC spare parts companies, furniture manufacturing companies,etc.

Come on, Its not a garden to give 5 stars

Location is in interiors of kasheli ....good project...but too much mosquitoes raid this place at night.... Besides its quite pricey too
