We went there to see a house for rent. The society is not maintained at all. It has got many amenities but nothing is maintained. There is ample of parking. There is no guard at the entrance. There are guards at each building. They close building gates at 11 pm. So security at night is taken care of. But what about evenings when kids play downstairs....

Cosmos springs is a lovely complex with better amount of open space than most complexes in Thane. Cosmos Angels enjoys good parking area, water supply and neatly maintained children play area.

Very neat and clean. Pleasant place to live.

GKSI karate dojo is situated.
