Great place nature friendly. But grounds seem to be crowded already even though not all the flats are occupied. Room sizes are a bit small. But has a awesome view

Awesome in respect of Amenities, 2 tennis courts, basketball courts and a football stadium and surrounding to entire amenities was running track.... awesome clubhouse...temple...all you think of in complex and you ll get those...As some people have parked their cars on side so others passing by vehicles were facing difficulty, inside complex roads could have been wider for better mobility, also no comments about construction quality as I didnt get chance to analyse it properly...will post again for next time...

The society is really good and amenities are marvellous. It has gym, badminton court, indoor hall for carrom/ chess/ table tennis, jogging track, swimming pool, children’s area, cricket ground, multi-level parking, visitor’s parking, etc. security-wise, it’s good.Every wing has two elevators and sufficient place to stroll around.

The ambiance of this place is magnificent. Clubhouse and playground are well maintained. Infrastructure is good. Malls, hospital and other such things are very close to this place

Too much greenery too much peace loved the way it is maintained ❤. Lodha never lets down for the promises given actually delivers much better. This is a great place to live well-maintained society with all amenities like a Family pool, Indoor swimming pool, Gym, Club House, Lift, Parking, Visitors parking, 24×7 Power supply, Securities.There is a huge open grass ground to play, a walking track, and many more. The apartment is a high-tech one. Living here is really a luxurious experience you will never regret staying here.

Dont drive your own car to visit as guest. Parking is at the entrance, internal roads are too narrow. You will have to walk almost a kilometer to reach most of the buildings. As every building looks same you will have hard time finding the right one.

Nice locality. It’s just that Lodha have constructed many towers in single society which makes it crowded.Construction quality is average.Customer relation team response is very poor.

Very big housing complex. Good, clean and nicely maintained. They have another complex called Lodha Sterling, which is opposite Lodha Amara. It is superb and feels like you are in London.

This place is best when it comes to amenities lodha amara has a lot to offer it has swiming pool, private forest area, kids playing area, gym, badminton court basketball court , running track and open space for recreational activities .Truly a beautiful place to live

Really bad parking system. As a visitor, you need to enter your details in a physical book 3 times inspite of having online invite from resident. And a walk of half a km from parking to the flat.

The sales person of Lodha team is very worst. They don’t even know how to talk with customer. When you are buying 1.18cr flat still they will treat you that you are not worth to them.. I heard many times about Lodha sales team but today I had personal experience with them.Please improve your customer service if somebody is coming to you with budget of 1cr+ at least behave properly.

Great living place with great architecture with great amenities, swiming pools were empty probably due to covid, but plenty of space and landscape to walk sit with family one might get disturbed by noises coming from ongoing construction and gas pipeline work. But overall good place to live.

Lodha Amara is a pretty big project located in Kolshet road, Thane west. We purchased a property back in 2018. Our flat is a 2 BHK, 650 square feet area located on 26th floor. Being located on the 26th floor we end up paying a hefty amount of floor rise for the same. But when we visited the property the view was stunning and we came to know that we had our pennies worth. Lodha Amara has top notch amenities which includes gymnasium, volleyball court, kids pool, basketball court, badminton court, jungle gym, private theatre-cum-auditorium, cricket field, rock climbing, indoor and outdoor party venues, aromatic garden and groves, floating deck and lively pool side cafe, 2-3 infinity swimming pools and a private indoor swimming pool for women and kids. On June 25 2020 we received our possession letter due to which I’m pretty much excited to visit our society.

Its was ok, newly constructed and very noisy. Little away from CBD, Mainly Parking is far from the building. Very compact 1BHK, small room sizes.

Would not east money with such a builder. There are better quality options. The builder is substandard.I had just searched online for the project and next few hours I got more than 30 calls from different sales person for the same project.

Too confusing otherwise very nice place. Didnt live there to comment on that but there is a feel good factor.

This place has more amenities than any other residential complex in the neighborhood

Parking areas is the greatest disadvantage of this society. Parking is at a separate building and residents have to walk minimum 5-8 minutes towards the parking lift. It is very inconvenient during monsoon as well as after shopping. Every day you have to spare minimum 30 minutes for accessing your vehicle.

All things are excellent except the flat size and the parking which is away from the buildings.

Loadha build and amenities are world class.. superb location for residential stay

2 days before possession got a mail from Lodha saying your possession has been delayed because they found leakage in our ground floor flat. Leakage before possession raises questions about construction quality. 100% payment done. 😊

Buying a flat at Amara was probably the biggest mistake of our lives. All day there is very loud construction noise. The fittings given by the builder are branded but keep breaking down. For eg The builder provided split ACs in houses at the time of posession and in most houses just within a year the split ACs keep breaking down. Plumbing work is very shoddy every other day something or the other keeps getting blocked. Complaints fall on deaf ears and we have to suffer through all these problems. Do yourself a favor. Dont buy a flat here. There are plenty of other good properties.

Sales people are very arrogant. Dont know how to talk to customers. Sales people work on their own terms n conditions n dont want to listen to customers need..... I would say zero rating.......

My experience with the Lodha sales team is that they call you endlessly to buy and visit the property but when u reach the site you meet a set of arrogant sales managers, chandini, the sales manger is pathetic and has absolutely no sense who to speak to customers. One of the biggest reason for me not going ahead was this terrible experience...

Separate parking is the only issue here, otherwise unbeatable ammenities & facilities...

Overall project is great considering amenities across all age groups, price warrior project in Kolshet with possible downside of parking as allotment is in separate building and kitchen area comes at entrance of flat which can be considered as legacy layout.

Huge landscape, enough open spaces, huge buildings, security and cctv in place, lot of walkway and getting together options.Flats are ok compared to the price.

This 1 star is for their amenities..no doubt its a all in one package for the lifestyle but their customer sales relationship is worst..if u want to buy or rent a property,a broker itself will take you to their office.all sales persons and brokers are working together..no professionalism..they just need money..owner backed out at last moment and the sales person blame u for everything..after a deal lodha sales person put the blame to other staff and broker denied to return the money..sales executive and broker totally working together and at the time of refund they behaves like not knowing each other..dont go through Mohit Maheshwari the broker.its a chain..very poor customer service..I lost my money due to their fake promises and that broker

Such a pathetic and highly unorganised society. Too many rules. Nobody is aware of anything. Theres no co ordination. If you want to come home to peace do not choose and invest your money here. You will be entering a school or University and not a peaceful home to live in.There are way better options out there people choose wisely!

There’s no reason to get baffled with a 3 star rating! The apartment with its amenities definitely deserve 5 star but it’s crowded, really crowded. Moreover the parking building is a separate one so if your building is the one of last wing then you need to park your car and take a good fine walk to your building!!

The best place in thane to stay apart from Hiranandani society ..the best part is they have football court and the coaches too society naming can be improved in order to find the direction

Lodha Amara is one of the largest residential complex in terms of density of population, it offers all the Modern and leisure amenities in the complex like swimming 🏊‍♂️ pool, 🎱, cinema, cafe, indoor games and many more. They have planned a mix development of Commerical and residential with walk to work concept. However construction quality is pathetic and complex has lots of leakage, plumbing issues.

Simply beautiful. Contemporary and modish architecture is what sets this place apart. Having all the amenities for recreation and the housekeeping does a splendid job too. Security is alert and location is great.

I would have given it zero star but theres no such option. Rooms in nearby chawls are much bigger than lodhas 1bhk. They make cardboard houses. Internal walls are made of gypsum board. They started 1bhk with 77lac and now its 60lac coz no one is buying this overly crowed urban slum with exorbitant prices. Ppl should not fall for the brand.

Upcoming township by Lodha Builder. This former industrial area has been converted to residential and commercial properties. The adjoining factories like ColourChem, Bayer, Clariant all have been bought by Kalpataru, Wadhwa, Runwal etc..This area is full of greenery, mangroves. The reality prices are going up faster than expected. Will be another important part of Thane by 2020A typical 2 BHK will cost around 1.25cr as of Feb 2018.
