If the reader reading the reviews of Swastik Regalia is planning to buy then this should help.1. Very spacious hall and master bedroom.compared to other projects this is a definitely a big plus point. There is enough room to walk about after having a large bed in the bedroom . The hall have cross ventilation which makes it airy and bright . Direct sunlight in some rooms and that makes a lot of difference. The buildings are at a distance even if they seem to be near. So no issue of keeping curtains closed all the time.2. Minimal amenities .. there is a gym but its charged . There is a small podium garden . No space for kids to play as mentioned in other reviews . There is no sufficient space outside the buildings so its a bit congested.3. Water - there is borewell supply in bathroom and toilets so normally there is 24x7 supply. TMC does have short supply at times and then borewell water is supplied. So one has to have a RO filter.4. There is Airtel Fibre broadband and other local internet providers , so no issues on that front5. Groceries- there are shops just opposite the building .. Chicken supplier in the commercial building. For medicals one has to go near Vijay nagri or Hiranandani which is not very far away6. Hiranandani is nearby so there are parks and good walking space.7. Transport - autos available outside gate during day time. After that it is a challenge. Better to have a own vehicle . There is an hourly bus service as well . Location seems isolated but new buildings have come up even ahead. So it would be crowded soon. The metro station would also be accessible. There are some news of a connecting road behind the building till the main road , not so sure of it though.8. Overall peaceful, very less traffic noise etc. Society premises are kept very clean . Regular fumigation for mosquitoes is carried out. Very active community . During lockdown there were some cultural programs in the podium for the residents by the residents..overall nice. Also just because the society is in the interior , dont assume about the living standards of the people . One can see quite a few Skodas, jaguars and BMWs :-) . Many entrepreneurs live here.

Society is Good. Area is very alone. Hardly you get any auto rick. But peaceful area.

Its a nice CHS, though a bit away and secluded. The flats are quite big and the place also has a club house/ gym, albeit no swimming pool.

A buzzing settlement but a project youd find the builder abandoned mid way. However, the place has an active resident base. Though the location may take getting used to considering that a speeding car may miss it or that there is no other housing complex in about 500mt proximity.
