Well high rised residential towers and society with all basic and advanced facilities like clubhouse, swimming pool and security. Known residential address on this Kolshet road. They are adding towers to current society also promoting their new flat sales. They have commercial highland attached to resident society which have highland hospital and at basement D-Mart is known place attached to this society and have two entrances to it. Overall good residential society.

Just loved the society. People are so cooperative. Security guards are very loyal and everything is available near to this flat.

Very good complex...lots of free space.... Airy well ventilated flats...all amenities available.only problem is it is far from station

Good society and location except garden space for kids .Compare to number of buildings considering future projects garden space for kids is somewhat less.

It is nice locality with all the amenities like swimming pool, gym, indoor stadium and children play area. However walking path and garden is less. Ownership nice place to stay.

Highland park has a ground and they usually organize a lot of stuff. Sometimes their are cricket matches held and one of the best event to look forward to is Durga Darshan. They set themes and keep idola of Durga during navratri and this Years theme was amazing!

It is a residential society goes by the name as Highland Park. There are many buildings in this locality and this locality comes under Yashaswi Nagar which is near to Thane Nashik Highway. This place offers all the facilities such as local markets, education classes, pre schools, malls, hospital, bakery etc. The bus frequency for this place is quite good.

Strategic location is its biggest advantage. In the heart of kolshet road which is being developed infra-wise and many good projects coming up too.1. The complex has two entry/exit points - one is from Kolshet Road besides D-Mart and another opens on the Dhokali-Balkum Road.2. The clubhouse consists of Swimming pool, Gym, Community hall, amphitheater, garden, indoor games and one basket ball court. In my opinion its sufficient but not sure of total households it caters to. I have not had a first hand experience of these yet and will write a detailed review post that.

Residential Apartment. Good thing is hospital and a shopping center like D-mart and Apollo clinic are part of it within the building.
