Nice place, with proper parking area, club house and all the essential stores around it, Bus depot is near from this place.

This society has about 11 towers of 7 floors each. 3 towers having name Prakriti Palms and 8 towers named swastik palms. There is ample amount of space for morning and evening walk inside. Club house is just okay with good amount of space. Only 2 bhk and 1 bhk flats are there. Flat size of prakriti 3 towers is larger than flat size in swastik palms. 2 bhk price is about 80 lakhs and 1 bhk about 60 lakhs. Rent for 1 bhk is about 15k to 17k depending on furniture. For 2 bhk the rent is around 20k. Right next to the society is brahmand bus stop from where you get direct bus to thane station, powai and borivali. Mukesh super market is Diagonally opposite to the society. All the fastivals are celebrated in the society and lot of good people make this place a wonderful living space.

This is a residential area, where the environment is very great. All the facilities and services are nearly available eg:- School,bank, dairy,open gym and much more.

Cool place to leave peaceful life. 11 towers of 7 flower each, 24 hours hot water from solar anergy, nicely maintain one parking for all members inside the society. All big shopping in five minutes drive. Cosmopolitan society. 24 hours running water. Nicely maintained lawns and gardens and security.

Very close to Hiranandani Estate. A good serene place to abode. Quitely located and there are many shops around. There are schools, clinics, playgrounds and many good spots nearby. Ideal place for quite stay!

Swastik Palms is a cooperative society located in Phase 7 of the Brahmand society Thane. The members of the society has made a point to keep this gated community common area as green as possible.This society has a norm of celebrating religious festivals of all religion with equal dedication and enthusiasm.Location wise its close to major schools, hospitals and malls. Even the Brahmand Bus terminal is close by.The only issue is that its far from Thane station and hence if you dont have your own vehicle then public transport sometimes can be a pain.

This complex is very near to Brahmand phase 7 bus stop. So definitely good connectivity for bus and auto. From the main highway, ghodbunber road it’s around 3 KM. Around 1KM from Arcadia circle Hiranandani estate.The complex is very well maintained with decent garden and play are for kids. The flats are very spacious. The rent might be bit higher side as compared to other complexes. In all it’s a Good complex to stay with family.

Considerably great experience residing here with minor issues that come up in every society. Highly recommended!
