Nice place to live at. One of the high rises with a good sunset view.

My Relatives stay there and I go there very often. It is a very very nice place with good ambience, play area and club house. But there are water cuts and electricity cuts very often. And they r not taking any action. Once there was an electricity cut at around 3 am that ruined everyones sleep. So only that should be improved other all is good. Nice views from higher floors👍

Good project with all amenities.Best part is that it has old approvals and hence very specious room sizes.Very difficult to get these sizes in new projects.Only drawback is slum near but it is still worth to have such property. Slum will always help in to get the daily workers for household cleaning in any metro city.

I had visited these apartments after viewing broker posts on popular property sites like 99acres and magic bricks. However the apartments are much smaller than the pictures and the park and open areas are not as grand either.

I had a very bad experience with the Manager he was very pathetic with his behaviour and was taking all the decisions which the Secratary has to make. I went with a proposal of coaching to the society multiple time but the manger was not interested and was taking the decision as if he was the secretary. He dint even tell his name after asking him for multiple time. Very bad management
