I am living here, from 1 year no basic aminites are given here like garden and sitting area. Although there is not a good lift system its a patheic experience here.

Good Apartment for families..there are many shops near the building premises also .

One of the first legal And TMC approved project in Diva. Around 2 Kms from Diva railway station and 3 Kms from Shil phata road.The complex has multiple buildings out of which one 13 floored tower is still under construction.

I have seen this project from start and its really an ambitious project in Diva. The pace in which project is progressing is not that fast their might be many reasons for that. Dumping ground, water supply, bad roads, and public transportation are current issues here. I dont know when all this issues will get resolved.

Good place to stay.The place is very clean and tidy.The railway station is just 2km away from sudama.The common parking as well as private parking is available. The common parking is free. The rent for private is 500 rs per month. The small garden is also available for children. The gim is also available. The swimming tank is not in working condition. There are about 12 buildings. Each building is of 7 floors.

I have gone there in Sudama Regency group the place is very nice for living the flats hospitality is very good and genuine I any one want flat in Mumbai its my review from my side take the flat in sudama regency, The builder is very genuine i will prefer please go there and see the flat over when I go there the sudama regency employees are very genuine and very good on talking there behaviors is very good,They are giving facility like swimming pool ,Bus,Garden over there big space of parking very good space for children play area good behavior of residence over there I want also be part of sudama regency to take a flat.

Society is good. The environment is good. Problem is that there is dumping place all around the place. Mosquitoes are like numerous. Water is regular but not sufficient if you have big family. Otherwise in budget project.

Its located in Diva, you need to take auto 20₹ per seat I think, there is share auto available. Place is great, its a good complex. Consisting of Many building with garden for kids. It takes like 15 mins in auto from Diva station. They have like full 1 bhk building and full 2 bhk building. All in location looks great.
