Worst CRM team - They can only do fake promises and that too with a worst behaviour2. 95% demand is raised in a month of May, OC received on 30th September and in the month of October they are not ready with the flats for final possession. Still they are saying you can occupy flats in the month of November and people have opted flats for fit-out in the month of July.3. Though DOSTI is a big name they have ony 1 lift attendant and they always take 1 to 1.5 hr break. So you can understand the hurdles facing by people who are doing their interior.4. Last but not least people have booked their flat in Oak building in 2014 but now still they are struggling for possession in October, 2021.This is a genuine review than other 5 * reviews. Please take your decision wisely.This 1 star is just because of Facility team cooperation.Disclaimer : I personally dont have any property booked here, but this what I understand from those who have flats here.Intent is not to stop you from buying but think twice before you go ahead.

Update as on 07.10.21_ I am still waiting for possession and their staff do not entertain mails or pickup calls. This delay in possion has already cost me financial losses and still there is no clear date of possession. It kepps getting delayed. Very Disappointed.Dec 2019 I wrote- I have booked a flat a year before with Plinth linked payment plan. So far the project is on par with planned timeline. Possession will be on or before monsoon 2021. I am very satisfied with the construction speed. As far as the project is concerned it has everything I want quality construction, excellent amenities, most convenient location with less crowded areas. Even the metro construction has started. Yes it is near to the creek but that gives advantage of clear view and ample air flow from one side. Great for those who want to be away from concrete jungle. After the finish of all five phases it will be one of the biggest projects in Mumbai Thane. Dosti is known for its qulaity and comittement. So far so good. Most recent pictures as on December 2019 of the project is attached.

Good floor plans and amenities planned. And offered at competent prices. Would have loved to buy an apartment there. But wont.A friend had a bad experience there though. He had selected an apartment, which the staff had encouraged to buy. But at the time of booking, the staff had doubts after know his name (hinting his religion). He was asked to come the next day because their card swiping machine was out of order. The next day all the apartments were sold out!

Dosti west countys location is upcoming and will appreciate faster than other locations being closer to metro as well as Thane station. Taking the eastern express Highway is also very convenient.

I visited the office of Dosti West County, its location is near upcoming monorail station. It is surrounded by greenery and is easily accessible.

With help of Proptiger estate agency, I finalized Dosti West County project based on floor size and plan as compared to other real estate developers in Thane. Bought flat under subvention scheme in 2019 with an additional cost to the total value of said flat due to convinience of paying EMI after posession. Now, in 2020 just start of Corona, got an letter intimating that Subvention scheme has been discontinued but they will pay the Pre EMI deducted in same month after sharing bank statements, however its been almost a year with only 3 months of Moratorium benefit. Had paid Pre EMI but only got disbursement until July 2020. Sales/ After Sales/ Proptiger agency/ and even Dosti griviance did not respond or even have coutesy to share the updates on reimbursement even after repeated chasers. Dosti group earlier had litigation issues on Land, however owning the brand name I fell for the project for better future. However, do not fall for the trap. This is the worst developers with fake promises and utmost disgraceful sales and CRM team.

The amenities at Dosti West County are out of this world!From jogging track to a world class swimming pool, they have all the necessities in the project. Not just that, they have a cricket pitch and a lawn tennis club facilities as well! Best for parents with kids who are budding sports enthusiasts

Good apartments. Just carpet areas are lessfor 2bhk. But you get various types of it so u can get better carpet too only cost goes high with each update.Location wise its good and has balkum meteo station coming near to it.

These people are only interested in selling the project but post selling they wont revert you or get back to you for follow ups or pay attention to your queries the after sales service is pathetic you have to always get behind them to do the work. Also the attitude of the customer relations management is very bad. No corresponding from their end.

Extremely pathetic experience. They made us wait for 1.5 hours and then took 3-4 families for showing sample flat. No one attended us there. And when we came to discuss payment, no one attended us here either. Later a sales person (Muslim) came to us and mentioned no one will attend to us and the developer doesnt sell flats to Muslims.I pity this builders thinking and am thoroughly disappointed with their team.

Property is a good investment at Dosti West County no doubt, but after Sales service is very horrible & bad, and once you book your flat the CRM dept and coordinator specially Mr. Rohit is inattentive and unavailable to guide or give you proper information, very poor in follow and also does not even bother to do a happy calling to customer or is even concerned, they do not even pick up your calls for quieries as well ? Till you buy the property all goes well & very sweet, later you have to run and chase behind them like mad.

Just one suggestion to buyers- If you are buying in plinth linked payment plan be sure to get your payment terms agreed on paper otherwise before booking they will say sir, sab adjust ho jayega. we will manage. No issues. Thoda aage peeche chal jayega But after the registration they will intimidate you with heavy interest charges for late payment. So take this in mind if you are serious about buying. Otherwise its OK project if not good.
