Actually we shifted from well planned ( as per roads and traffic concerns ) Navi Mumbai to here Thane ( majorly clogged cities in Mumbai ). Though the locality as well as people around are quite neutral and any person might get adjusted. Just because the surrounding area is damped its just like nearby market place is more on margin orientated side.Thats it. Anybody wanna live safe, easy and calmly should consider this - surrounding residencies.

Residential complex

Good campus, but not maintained well. Multiple societies exists but with no cohesion. A nallah flows from the campus that caused lot of issues for towers residents. It broke the wall during rainy season and has not been repaired yet.

Good residential place on Ghodbunder Rd, Manpada, Thane. More than 16 buildings are there. Tikujiniwadi picnic spot is .5km away from it.
